早上8点，我一觉醒来，阳光从窗户射了进来，我一阵暗喜，想又能看见昨天见到的那
画一样的雪白的远山了。推开窗户一看，外面的积雪更厚了。我洗漱好，出门去餐厅用
早餐，门外积雪很深，有的地方踩下去几乎到膝盖。整个餐厅就我一个人，有一个厨师
，给我端来一盘烙饼、一碗白砂糖、一碗块糖、一些黄油、奶烙、果酱等和一壶茶。
Zanjan 气候非常干燥，所以我喝了很多的茶。Zanjan 海拔一千五百多米，又在山区，

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

发帖数: 80 | 10 由于本人的case比较弱，所以现在是EB1A 跟NIW 一起准备着。已经差不多写好了EB1A
的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

IASB without reconciliation to US GAAP.

Forget IFRS, let's talk about US GAAP. How many CPAs actually know, let's
say, 10% of FASB's? Not to mention all other GAAP pronuncements.
IFRS is largely derived from US GAAP and the basic principles behind the two
GAAPs are largely similar. On areas where they have significant differences
, either US GAAP is going to be simplified to IFRS --- e.g. elimination of
LIFO, QSPE, or FASB and IASB are going to write a new one together, e.g.

Accounting PhD,怎么能说Research毫无实际意义。再有一个实际的例子就是近几年许
多Hedge Fund最Actively traded on 的strategy 就是一个Accounting researcher发
现的。
这个版讨论的主题就是考CPA,找Firm的工作，和accounting PhD的生活毫无关系,和
Accounting Faculty还稍微有点关系。 |
