Tips太复杂了，不过现在也只有2.2%左右

plus ibond is not 1year cd, you will be penalized if withdrew within 5 year
s.
with that said, it still might fit with somebody's financial goal, but its n
ot a blind recommendation as BU guy did.

May 31, 2011 to May 1, 2012 is a little over 11 month and it also fits ibond
's 12 month requirement. |

couple of days. You can buy near the end of, say March this year, and redeem
it at the very first day of March next year, and forfeit last three months
interest, still better than 1-year CD. |
