--影响极光的比较重要的两个因素
第一是天气，很好理解，如果天空不clear，云层遮盖住了，极光在那再活跃，也看不
到。
第二个是活跃度，虽然这个范围很广1-10，但基本上4属于非常活跃了。我跟进了好久
，没有看到5。3也已经很不错。这个数字越大，极光的区域越宽，比如如果3只能在加
拿大北部，alaska等高纬度地区看到的话，那么4则是能在加拿大南部看到，5密歇根也
能看到。大约是这个意思，具体哪个level在哪能看到，网上有解释，我只是打个比方
不一定准确。
然而活跃度只是个参考，我在冰岛呆的每一个晚上，只要我出去看了极光，都能看到，
哪怕预报只有1 （quite）,2(low).
第三，光线，城市的灯光污染会对观测造成比较大的影响。月光也会有影响，这次去月
亮就很亮，极光就显现得淡了一点。

's Icelandic style skyr strained non-fat yogurt，第一次吃，印象很好，推荐作
为Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt换口味的酸奶。。。Siggi's口味有很多种，我买的是
蓝莓味道的：
跟Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt比，它稍微稀一点，酸一点，但是成分也很天然，100
大卡有14克蛋白质，9克糖。我刚才用它抹了家里最后两片Trader Joe's 100% rye
bread，一共300卡，吃完了以后很撑！恩，我是主张饮食尽量多样化的，吃多了Fage
total 0%想换口味的可以试试这个，嫌Fage太干太腻的也可以试试这个，这个口感挺滑
的，就是更酸点。长期看，我还是更喜欢Fage。
