而且北欧体制有成功，有失败，大家现在看到的都是成功的例子。失败的包括Iceland
，90年代的Sweden。
北欧国家的自省能力也强。德国的左派社民党总理施罗德，居然敢在2000年后减税，减
福利，deregulation. 虽然短期阵痛使得施罗德下台，但是德国的财政负担下降，使得
德国可以挺过2008年的crisis. 反观美国的 DEM，把政党利益放在国家利益之上。
再说学校的例子，如果“学校一方面提高富人小孩学费，另一方面搞助学金，给老师待
遇也高，那么老师不容易被轻易收买”，结果就是这个学校的性价比下降，尤其是对于
富人小孩，于是他们就转学到其他性价比高的学校。这个学校就慢慢沦落成现在美国公
