难免--人在矮檐下，哪有不湿鞋。原则是个奢侈品，为了它放弃性命绝对不值当。而且
活着相比死可能更难。原则也可能是个装饰品，相比高档的衣装，纹在身上的原则更有

万事开头难，因为做过一次的的事情再做就没有了第一次时候的纠结。黑帮拉小弟的传

理工的庆宏教授发表的LRRK2能够直接结合a-Synuclein并且磷酸化Serine-129位点。
但是后续大量的综述讨论的时候提到他这篇文章时说this is the only one paper
show LRRK2 can phosphorylate S129-synuclein。我看他发表的这篇BBRC已经被引用

The director can do various styles very effectively. Audtiotn is straight, and
slow paced. Visitor Q has Surrealistic elements. Ichi the killer has a little
Hong Kong mobster style. The narrations are all kinda twisted that need
you to put pieces together. Theme wise, they are all related to violence,
violence and love, violence and letting go, violence and rebel etc..
They are all very intense for sure, I am just not certain whether the
intensity is coming from narration, or violence.

坐中，我在做念佛和留意额前。念佛这块儿我感觉没什么太大的疑问，反正就是持一
念佛的决定，提放适度，不断的念就是。疑问主要在后面“留意额前”这个部分。Wa
iChi曾说过观光首要了解何为“看”何为“见”，也就是明白“看”与“见”之区别
。所以我想问题的关键，浓缩一下是: (留意额前这个部分)如何操作是“见”而非“
看”。
最基本的眼珠不要乱动，不要情不自禁的聚焦，这个我已经能够做到了。除此，我能
了解留“意”那个方向时，其“意”是有轻重，相比较之下我以前可能用的“意”重
了些，现在能不断放轻。问题是我不知道现在自己究竟做到什么程度了，是否还有些
用“意”，用的量是多少，是否还是过重？这么个实践方向是否对路？ |

心愿多强的决定，这个自己有了比较前后之差别，再加上效果，很清楚做得如何。Wa
iChi说过念佛和参禅一样都是公式化的东西，这开始就是决定加下死功夫，念得满脑
袋佛号业识，哪怕慧力不够悟不透能所，参不透心识业识之分，这也是相对非常安全
的在修。
一个没有念五句决心，五句念得不顺的人，客观的话是没有资格去说另一个这念五句
相对是其强项的人在意识里打滚为修。这么说绝对是没有自知之明的。 |
