是在下午，隔壁的俄国小伙子突然跑过来，激动地嚷道，“Do you guys know that Steve Jobs just died?". 喔，他终于死了。
十年前的Apple， 和如今的Yahoo一样，是臭大街的。微软如日中天，Mac is going nowhere, 当时谷里都在谈论Apple会什么时候死掉。谁也没有想到，Apple还有死鱼翻身，成为最有价值的科技公司的一天。这，都是因为Steve Jobs.
Steve 是十多年前的科技偶像，命运沉浮，本来大家已经把他dismiss掉，认为他已是许多科技大潮中昙花一现的人一样。没有想到从ipod开始，他一步步从沉寂的遗忘角落又走了回来，又在大家的目光聚焦中，爬上了舞台的顶峰。世事难料。更难的是，他没有沉迷于一个产品的成功，又一次次地打破常规，另辟蹊径，以一人之力，开拓新的时代。我仍然记得iphone推出时所在的公司和Apple关于同样名字商标的官司，还记得ipad刚出时大家开的各种颜色的玩笑。谁也没成想的是，这个不甘寂寞的家伙一次次都成了。

房价太高了，和谐社会有点恶，但大体形势还是往好的方向走。“民富”不都成为下个
5年计划的commitment了么？
在美国的一些幼稚的民运分子，天天民主民主的... It does not work in China.
看看人家阿X的民主搞得怎么样？除了孩子生得比较多以外，比国内差远了。苏联？伊
拉克？台湾？
微软一个几万人的公司就有了自己的culture，大家天天义愤填膺的complain，但要改
culture谁也改不过来。
中国十几亿人，几千年的culture，这种社会巨大的inertia，那是玩笔尖子的民运人士
能考虑到的？
倒不是说民运不好，但idealist就在一边意淫一下，拿个和平奖就算了，一定不能真正
当权，否则国家必乱。 |

I heard recently WinSE (a big team in India) shutdown their business and
most of the moron DEV/TEST got chance to get L1/L2 visa and work for US
division. The other highly ranked politician and people with no talent aka
senior management to different roles. The PM quality there is worst then
Infosys newbie who just do a time keeper job. Riyaz and Siva are the best
example of worst PM. Dev effort mostly revolves around the politics between

晕 。。。 我就说说我的理解吧。
从我看到的说法里面，lin在成为 restricted free agent之后， 听取各家报价（当
然除了母队），然后在这所有里面选一家，签协议，签了之后就不能变了。
但是问题是，只有到7月11号，才能正式签合同，现在所有的流言都是口头协议，那
么理论上，小牛在11号前出价更高，可以反悔。但是NBA是要讲信誉的，没有人这么做
的，所以，应该是lin如果口头接受了火箭的报价，就不能再接受任何别的队的报价了。
现在就等7月11号，lin跟火箭正式签约了，然后纽约有3天时间，在14号之前，决
定是否匹配。如果不匹配，那么lin与火箭的合同，正式生效。
