idealy you'd like to know if there was a lesion there before, like an old
film to compare with,
a couple options you have,
1. wait another 3-6 months and get another film to see if it's the same size,
2. get a PET scan to see if there is increased metabolic activities often
seen in cancer,or
3, just cut it out,
one of my good friends told me he was doing rotation with a surgeon placing
a chest tube for someone with pneumothorax and the surgeon felt there was
something grainy under his glove in |

Idealy, I would like to hold the baby home til she turns two. She will be
more verbal then and I can talk to her and slowly ease her into the day care
. She would still need time to get used to the new setting but at least she
can tell how she feels. Communication would be much easier then.
It is so difficult to find a day care that you can truly trust. |

declarer usually has D shortness. Based on this guess, it's normal to
encourage H. If declarer holds 2H + 1D, D switch shouldn't work in many
layouts because declarer can ruff one D and end play partner later with a
lot of good club holdings like AJx, KQT.

side because of its higher IOP rate.
I jumped newegg Vertex2 120G but got canceled.
MC is not selling any Vertex line...
If you measure in terms of Gb/$, 90G 120G 60G are approx. the same.
32G is too small for me even as a system drive. I prefer at least 60G.
Idealy, I would like around $100 for Vertex 2 60G as sys drive and buy one

好的 OO design 好处就是在你的需求变化下 你的client 可以适应这种变化而不需要
改动.
打个比方.
一个application 用办公室打印机的例子.
如果hard code like below:
Printer *pPrinter = new HP();
pPrinter->print();
如果有一天打印机变了准备用 canon的打印机. 那么你的client code 大约是这个样子.
Printer *pPrinter = new Canon();
pPrinter->print();
你的client 代码改动了. 因为你的需求变化了. 现在用canon打印机了.
OO design 的核心就是: 抽象不要依赖于实现, 相反实现要依赖于抽象.
好了, 再说一下 工厂模式的设计.

does not won't to have any problem when doing transfer. For some people it's
very easy, for some it's difficult because the position and the shape of
the cervix. How long it took for your mock transfer? Idealy it should be
finish in minutes. A little blood is normal, if the dr. could not put the
catheter into you uterus easily. It won't affect real transfer and
implantation. I did mock transfer too, the dr. spent about 2 |

IDEALY肯定是全ORGANIC最好。如果要分优先的话，俺觉得
CUT的循序：牛奶，鸡肉，鸡蛋，猪牛肉，鱼，水果蔬菜。
俺LD还给过俺一份清单，说水果蔬菜的差别也很大(主要是
杀虫剂)，有的吸收杀虫剂很厉害，那就尽量买有机，有的
几乎根本不吸收，那就无所谓。。 |

比较常见的细菌感染，但是耳朵眼本身access比较细小，打过之后又有一个耳钉穿
过封住与外界通路，所以如有初期红肿更常见的是厌氧菌感染，这时局部使用的双氧水
比target不清、又作用于整个system的抗生素更对症。
（而且，正如你说的，按美国的程序需要7天以上才能排除病毒确定细菌感染，那么7天
的等待观察倒是足以让伤口从厌氧菌感染扩散到表面、造成需氧菌感染了。）
当然，idealy最准确的还是取一个wound culture，但是相信outpatient没有这个条件
也没这个必要这么兴师动众。
至于abcess之后会不会留疤，again，取决于abcess的程度和除脓处理。但是愈合速度
是一定会延迟的，而且一定会有比较长时间围绕耳朵眼周围能摸到一个硬硬的结缔组织
，但是remodeling后期会消失，最终触觉和视觉效果可以和其他皮肤无异（就是没疤啦
）。
