I remember back in school, our prof said the reason for this because when
they get on anti-depressants, it gives them more energy to finally get up
and commit suicides.

最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以
抵抗感冒病毒。一旦这些功能出了问题，遇到压力或其它诱因时才会诱发抑郁。治疗抑

难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可
以是非怪诞性的。老夫告诉你既可以是肯定也可以否定，意思很清楚，就是即可是怪诞
的可以是非怪诞的。你还骂老夫信口雌黄。其实老夫的专业并不是精神病学，不过与精

抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作

LZ肯定是国内本科非医学的吧， 说点题外话， 学医在哪个国家都苦，跟学生的天资没
什么关系。 当年我就比我高中同学上大学辛苦的多得多。 所以中国的医疗制度让我们
拿跟普通大学生一样的工资简直就是天理难容。
美国的制度就比中国要公平， 医生比生物AP待遇高几倍是必须的，以前还有医药公司
的慷慨资助： 今天golf，明天deep sea， 后天巴哈马。。。 这些其实都不过分呀，
看看我们吃这么多苦，别人花前月下享受生活，医学生们只能熬夜苦读， 一旦好不容
易熬出来， 难道享受一下不应该吗？
所以哥们，suck it up， 幸福生活很快就会来了。
