发帖数: 2 | 4 打搅大家了。 我侄女在国内被诊断为特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症(Idiopathic
Pulmonary Hemosiderosis)。 她的病虽然目前没有
生命危险，但是长期会诱发肺炎，心力衰竭等， 后果非常严重。国内主要采取激素治
疗(我所知道的用药有宁强的松，硫唑嘌呤，
普米克令舒 等等)，对我侄女的疗效不是十分明显， 而且副作用太大，我侄女已经被
激素弄得胖得不成样子了。 她才十岁就被迫
休学在家，一边忍受病痛一边自学。她父母想了解美国这边是不是有更好的办法，是否
可以根治这种病。 我现在在尽最大的努力
查找资料，咨询，但苦于不是医学专业，进展较慢。 如果有谁做这方面的研究，或者
对这种病熟悉，请与我联系 (i*******[email protected]) 万分感谢！
主要问题：
1 美国是否有比激素治疗更好的办法？用药，疗程的具体情况？
2 Madison 附近或者美国其它地方有没有专门诊所？ (据我所知这种病较少见，不知是
否需要去专门医院)
3 如需要具体分析，我这里有我侄女的病例扫描。 |

as far as idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis goes, it's a very rare disorder
, and it's basically a diagnosis by exclusion, the patient would need to
have a bronchioaveolar lavage and transbronchial biopsy to prove there is no
vasculitis or that sort, bascially the patient has alveolar hemorrhage that
could eventually lead to pulmonary fibrosis, the lavage would show
hemosiderin ladden macrophages, so patient often became iron deficient later
on, the cause for mortality would be acute bleed or |

so early and already quite severe (at least according to the sonography) if
it were a simple ASD. at least now the parent know they should bring her to
someone who cares more about patients and pays more attention to details. it
could be something missed by the first hospital. until further studies are
done, don't know whether it's a surgically correctible issue or not (such as

idiopathic等更常见的病因之后)是可以想象的. 但是直接把TUO中毒列为第一诊断,我
感觉不大可能. 临床上中毒的诊断一般是先怀疑中毒,再根据详细追问病史判断具体是
什么毒. 这个事情, 第一个告诉大家是TUO
中毒的应该有嫌疑,除非这个人本来了解病人接触过TUO.
如果说把临床症状,主要是神经系统症状,EMAIL发给1000 neurology专家(甚至10个),就
有30%说是TUO中毒. 除非这30%的医生事先知道有TUO接触,否则我认为是不可能的. 不
信的话随便去问一个医生. |

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

貝爾氏麻痹(Bell's palsy)是顔面神經麻痹分類中，屬於非特異性周邊神經病變，好發
年齡爲20-40歲。病患常由於不明原因，突發造成單側完全性顔面表情肌無功能或功能
不全。傳統療法常以藥物治療，但效果不明顯；而目前被公認有效的療法是頸部星狀神
經節阻斷術，但需要專業醫師才能施行。軟性雷射(softlaser)有消除腫脹，促進血液
循環和減緩疼痛的特性，本報告應用於14位顔面神經麻痹的病患。這14位病人在接受為
期2週5-6次的軟性雷射療程後，產生漸次性至完全恢復。其中有8例是完全復原，有6例
是不完全復原。軟性雷射在國際針灸學上被應用很廣，而其施行方法簡單又無副作用。
在動物實驗和臨床上已被證實有促進受傷神經組織的癒合，故應用在治療顔面神經麻痹

steroid does not boot immunity, on the contrary, it suppress immune response
, as we think anti-platelet antibody plays a role in reducing the platelet
count,
many pts with ITP don't have to be treated, especially when the platelet
count is greater than 30 thousand, the chance of massive bleed is not very
high, thus can be observed,

the standard treatment used in US as well.
High dose steroid and intravenous immunoglobulin are the standard medical
treatment. Platelet transfusion, and RhoGam are also used for temporary

1月27日量体温103或104左右--发烧到这个程度要马上去儿童医院急诊
1月28日（早晨），医生坚持说是尿路感染--因为尿频不是川崎病的症状
女儿的病情更加严重，气自微弱，双眼全都是血块，意识不清，手脚严重红肿。--都意
识不清了还不送急诊啊。。。
因为我的英语不好--知道自己无助就把英文学好吧。
1月31日（晚）出院，她的肝脏受损，各项指标异常--指标写出来
可她的医院现在也不原再管她，因为我们英语也不好，医院对我们相当过分，因为医院
不以为是因为他们的疏忽造成的。--你英语不好不知道医院和你说什么吧。
他们打错疫苗导致我女儿患病--川崎病是idiopathic，没有证明是疫苗引起的
又因为医术经验缺乏而延误治疗，使病情恶化--川崎病就算不治疗也就持续12天左右

我3岁的女儿刚刚被诊断为特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP - Idiopathic
thrombocytopenic purpura)。我在网上搜索的资料，发现这是非常严重的疾病，如果
有脑出血等情况可能会导致死亡。但医生居然建议不治疗，而且可以继续去每天去幼儿
园。她的血小板水平非常非常低，只有3K，正常值是150K。我现在已经离职看她，保证
她不会做危险的活动或撞到自己。如果这里有人曾经有过和我们一样经历,请给我们一
些建议。很担心，不知道还有什么我们可以做的。万分感谢！ |

persistant constipation. The basic workup should at least include
colonoscopy to check for colon polyps, sitz mark to check for colon transit
time, and possibly defecography and/or anorectal manometry to check for
pelvic muscle dysfunctions. If any abnormalities are found, you need to get
them treated.
For idiopathic chronic constipation, you can safely take MiraLax for life.

这个年龄段，最有可能的原因是病毒细菌感染，食物过敏或idiopathic(病因不明）。
流感疫苗打完两天多以后才有hives的还发热的太太太罕见了!
你家娃还有发热，很有可能是病毒感染造成的。
