做技术的）新年饭局，忘记告诉我了，随口道歉说了句对不起。我说我很担心，你也不
来个电话。以后有事情提前打招呼，如果有临时变动要记得打电话。lp不情愿地答应。
我不爽，说我又不是不让你去吃饭，打个电话很过分么？lp大骂，说我都道歉了，你有
完没完。你是不是不信任我？
半小时后，我道歉收场。
2天前，本来好好的，上网聊天，上来就莫名其妙发火，起因原来是她公司同事跟她要
新年红包，因为是新婚，至少每人20块。她刚刚去过银行提钱，一共说是要给 1500给
她们公司那帮”jerks”和”idiots”（她自己的原话），说她一半的零花钱就没了。
我说你反正要离职了，而且夫妻又没在一起，你要是不想给，找个理由推了吧，比如说
还要买机票，穷什么之类的。给上司和关系不错的同事打点打点，然后吃个饭就行了，

但我不这么认为 －－ 我认为人人都会犯错，所以错误的出现就是个概率而已； 需要
对不同重要程度的事情，买cost不同资源的“保险”，这个不是概率问题，是智商问题

犯错是概率，买什么样的“保险”，不是概率。（买“保险”： 是个比喻的说法，具
体指重视程度、环节上的redundancy、多环节检错流程、等等花费的人力物力脑力等资
源）
