TLT是股票portfolio的缓冲 目前长期收益为负 但是大小调整 包括熊市 TLT不降反
升 所以很多人把它放在portfolio里 目的是保证自己在大熊市面前 不会panic 割
肉 甚至失去信心退市 08年以后 很多人好几年都没进股市 错过了大牛市 就这一
点就值每年损失几个百分点收益保持30% TLT在portfolio里 大多数人面对大调整和熊
市 都会panic 割肉 以至灰心退市
IEF是TLT的缩小版本 涨幅跌幅总体除以2-3吧 除此以外值得买的就LQD和AGG
JNK HYG 没有太大意思 如果坚信高通胀的话 可以考虑买TIP |

to have some bonds in portafolio. The reason is that bonds can prevent
maximum drawdown is large and is a good hedge. Long term bond is not
influenced so much by interest rate.
Since you need the money two years later, I would recommend to buy more bond
(more than 50%) like TLT or IEF. These two bonds will raise when market is
going very bad(You can check 2008 market history).

1）买入时要选个相对低的价钱 可以画一条直线 大部分时段都在这个股价之上。问
题是很难买到，这是可以用OCO order 买多只股票 每只都设置比较低 设成GTC
order 只要有一个买入就取消其他的 比如买TSLA就设成190 IMAX就设成29.5 这样买到
时很大几率会赚一些
2）可以在觉得估计高的时候 可以搞一下covered call, 虽然经常会赔钱 如果
covered call 赔钱了，相应的股票一定会赚 总体是赚的 赚钱比较稳 call最好卖on
the price call得到钱多些 注意一定是觉得比较高的时候 但又觉得可能还会涨 就
可以高covered call。不到到期时，如果call赔钱，可以适当等着，高了3次covered
call只有一次赔钱。
3) 交易费用很重要 ib 和tradestation 100股 不到1刀的交易费用可以省掉好多钱。
利润不会被交易费吃太多
4) 一定要买那些自己用过的公司 或者看到身边有朋友用的公司 炒股赚钱最重要的
是不赔钱

do will increase value when crash. But it seems only national bond increase,
company bond also decrease when market crash.
It is always good to hold some bond in 401k. Depending on your age, normal
suggestion is that if you are 30 years, hold 30% bond. if you are 40 years
old, then hold 40%. |

是否8M Urea 最好？还有，这个质朴实验室用一种IEF buffer(7M Urea, 2M thiourea,

我的loading buffer里加了b-ＭＥ，92C煮了8分钟; 其中有dtt的sample的确分子量小
的那条band变少了。
贴了个western图：左边是actin(1ug)+gsh(500uM)+h2o2(500uM) 在25ul反应体系，上
样量是1/2, 右边是在此基础上再加了10mM DTT的western 结果 ，anti-actin, 从上
至下第一条band是actin的大小（42kD）,小的大概27，28kD
如果是upshift就好明白多了哇，这是第二次出现这种情况
IEF没怎么接触过，先做点homework去.

analytical column可以选用mixed－beded IEX。我们组都是这么弄得，当然分离方法
很多，进LC－MS／MS前样品越简单，测得越好。 |
