参与IETF 第70期国际会议的经历和感想, 结合对"政体"的理解, 写下了这篇观点独到
的评论.文章中主要是介绍了国际著名标准组织IETF的协作方式和合作精神.
"First, we have democracy", 民主是合作的根本, 是团结各方的基础. 广泛听取参与
者的各种意见, 既是对每个人的尊重, 也是汇聚群体智慧(Collective Intelligence)
的方式. "Then, we have dictatorship", 在一个大型组织体中, 专政是必然的结果.
专政是高效率的保证, 是纷乱中的"定海神针". 什么东西都应该有个度. 民主也是一样
, 过度的行使民主, 会导致自由泛滥主义, 无政府主义. 一个问题讨论一年, 也没有任
何进展. 无尽的争辩除了消耗人们的时间和精力, 动力和耐心以外, 没有任何实质的意
义了. 所以听从, 也是被要求的. IETF, 作为Internet发展的核心动力和支柱, 以其独
特的democracy + dictatorship |

【人在旅途】大年初七逛北海景山什刹海
身为一个北京人，北京的名胜我去过的次数却很少。故宫北海景山甚至长城似乎小学毕
业以后就再也没去过。以致于每次回国，每当坐车经过那些灰扑扑的古朴厚重带有飞檐
的围墙时，都会萌发一个心愿，就是什么时候有时间再把北京的古迹好好逛一遍，
每次回国来去匆匆，这个心愿也一搁再搁。今年春节初五到初七恰好只身在北京度过。
初五初六和发小儿球友小聚。初七春节长假最后一天，友人们睡觉的睡觉，远行的远行
，再没人有空搭理我，我决定自己去北海景山什刹海逛逛，正好走一圈消化一下节日里
积攒过多的热量。
做地铁到北海北站下车，从北门进去。门票仅要2元，这么便宜很意外。公园里游人不
多，阴天，天与湖都灰蒙蒙的，然而不是雾霾，能见度还不错，看得见白塔。今年暖冬

Also, the phones need to support RFC 3265
(SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY) and RFC 4235 (Dialog event package) in addition
to basic SIP RFC.

八两， 谁好谁坏
还很难说。 这个题目技术性有点强， 通俗地说， Qfabric 没有遵照标准，自己也不
明说是什么技术
细节， 但是效果好。 Vdx 遵照IEEE标准， 性能也还可以，不像juniper 认为得那样
什么都做不了。
