给Openheim发信，问过了07大潮如何定排期，同时建议他短期内排期大步前进 to
build up inventory。 他说：
1. 一旦排期过了08/15/2007，需要将排期推进来允许交485.
2. 他会和USCIS一同协商。看有多少Pending EB2 I-140 和他认为FY-2012的可用名额
来决定排期前进多少。（看来全C是不可能的）。
还没有给他回信，大家提建议如何回信吧。

长期以来在我脑中存在一个问题，就是中国为什么这么穷。翻开史书，几千年来中
国一直是世界上最富强的国家。汉唐盛世自是无人可比，几百年前，大明朝的富庶也让
外国人惊叹不已。至清朝乾¡年间，清帝国盛极一时，当时的国民生产总值占世
界高达51％，今天的美国也难望其项背。后来清政府赔了那么多银子，人们的生活水平
也û有下降得太多；到民国时期军阀混战，剿共，抗日，天天打仗，按说该穷吧
，可是据统计30年代中国人的平均生活水平比日本人还要好，这还是日本人的统计。解
放战争时期，物价膨胀那么厉害，但人们生活还是不难的。但是建国后中国却一穷二白

长期以来在我脑中存在一个问题，就是中国为什么这么穷。翻开史书，几千年来中
国一直是世界上最富强的国家。汉唐盛世自是无人可比，几百年前，大明朝的富庶也让
外国人惊叹不已。至清朝乾¡年间，清帝国盛极一时，当时的国民生产总值占世
界高达51％，今天的美国也难望其项背。后来清政府赔了那么多银子，人们的生活水平
也û有下降得太多；到民国时期军阀混战，剿共，抗日，天天打仗，按说该穷吧
，可是据统计30年代中国人的平均生活水平比日本人还要好，这还是日本人的统计。解
放战争时期，物价膨胀那么厉害，但人们生活还是不难的。但是建国后中国却一穷二白
