菜店去看看东北女生。我ifc的确不熟，说真的光知道下面几层是个mall。但是浦东的
金茂，我去的时候她们消防演习，全是丑女。而且脾气暴的不行。在starbucks要杯咖
啡都能跟卖咖啡的吼。然后跑浦西的东海soho，那个南京路，江宁路的叫什么来着的，
都是正好中饭时间。都是朋友推荐说看美女的黄金时间。结果么，好看的一个都没有。
又跑新天地，还是光棍节。结果发现好看的是有，都是拎个爱马仕，对面坐一个有钱的
老男人。我北京也去看过的，都不行。我是上下班时间专门坐大概北京的地铁4号线在
国贸那里下车蹲点看的。
另外，国内女生的照风很差。我就是一个iphone拍照，要么是故意把头别过去。要么是
快步走。要么就是白眼。跟你说，没做女人的基本道德。然后飞机上拍个照片，那死丫
的东航空姐非要我删照片。操他妈的东航，还贴个春运的跳舞video，好像很热情的样
子。我当时就想投诉的。
对了，我们这种人都是穷开心的。点的也都是便宜活。可能跟您消费的层次不一样，什

一个community的档次，就看有没有爱马仕专卖店。好比在上海，就是南京西路恒隆广
场的大中华地区旗舰店。然后是虹桥国际机场，注意是虹桥不是浦东，有爱马仕，然后
是浦东的国金，IFC。
对应美国，是nyc的JFK一号航站楼；manhasset，就是long island north shore gold
coast；第五大道；还有NJ最牛的short hills mall。而能够有附近那种高大上的医院
，就南京西路和淮海路，对应的是华山和瑞金。这就跟midtwon的那几家nyc特大型医院
一样。这些都是放在全球都是最精锐的配置。你去恒隆广场，你能看见麦景图专卖店。
很多人都不知道这什么东西的。再看空气质量，你会发现很多你想象的风景区，空气质
量都没静安的好。再说水质，人家喝的长江里面一个岛里的雨水。这水只能保证全上海
100多万人的供给。所以正品静安出身的小孩，那牙齿都白的吓人。要是换了闵行，就
只有喝黄浦江的上游水，那种都是被江苏的农民污染过的。要是浦东，直接喝黄浦江里
的水。

但现在我把x1300pro/256M装进去，还用了2x2GB DDR2，操作系统没有重装，却不再显示2.5G available，直接就是4GB，难道是SP2修正了这个问题？

表达观点要有论据或论证。我不是做体系结构这块的，说错话、甚至
讲外行话的可能性也有。我在这里把我的依据以及理解稍微展开一下，
希望你反驳的时候言之有据，无论对错大家都能受益。
“广大cpu/memory/cache设计者几个decades以来的努力”，的确为
上层提供了一些必要的intrinsics，但各级I/O策略是具体依赖上层
软件来控制实现的，硬件没有聪明到能自动优化这些。
不要说硬件，就连编译器都很难识别上层的语义做优化。比如GCC，
就连对矩阵indexing的处理都非常笨拙；Intel的ICC/IFC可以向量化
内循环，从而更方便用SSE指令集做优化，但是没有专门对矩阵相关
的各级I/O做优化——这些优化是Intel放在MKL数值库里做的。
我的根据之一是这篇科普文章（文章虽长，但值得每个程序员一读）：

then we will have to use SSE assmebly language.
use some datatype like __m128. sounds very strange since ifc is so easy to
get extra precision.

ifc8还不错，至少满足我的需要，其实我只是用fortran 77:)，你说说有什么小问题吧？
g95这样的东西我连test都没有. |

运行起来快不了多少阿，我现在ifc就用-r8 -tpp7，其他的都不用，lf95用了手册上推荐
的--dbl --nap --nchk --tpp --ng -O --npca --nsav --ntrace，这都是运行的参数，
调试的时候没有优化:)
你还有pgi的compiler阿？是买的，还是？:) |

1. tv and movies are different. I don't normally watch movies on tv, because
of the brutal commercial breaks. I do watch them on hbo though.
2. tv has excellent shows, such as the simpsons, friends, frasier, etc..
3. mtv/vh1 is another reason to have cable. gotta have music.

hbo (the sopranos, taxicab confessions---the best reality show ever!).
bravo (inside the actor studio, ifc friday, good-and-old movies.)
