威奥由“点装”而兴，因涉张曙光案而被查；创始人孙汉本现在远漂德国，留下巨额债务

近三年来，威奥大举扩张，频建厂房，上马各种项目，最终陷入成本和管理失控。 如今，在青岛威奥轨道集团有限公司（下称威奥）的会议室里，仍挂着孙汉本与张曙光的合影。但威奥已今非昔比。
在过去的三四年间，威奥在高铁内装市场异军突起，在铁道部“点装”订单的支持下，威奥一度风光无两：地方政府支持、银行支持，甚至北车集团下属的北车租赁也为其提供了数亿元融资款。在最辉煌的2010年，威奥在唐山盖了近10万平方米的厂房。
2011年2月28日，铁道部运输局原局长张曙光被停职审查之后，数家与其关系密切的民营高铁供应商负责人相继被调查，据财新《新世纪》了解，至今有三位仍在国外。“在国外”是公司的对外说辞，实际是个众人皆知的敏感暗语。
孙汉本即是其中之一。张曙光案发后，孙汉本曾经被调查一个月之久，结束调查之后，孙汉本即和妻子远避德国，至今未回。

，但是核心部件真的没有掌握，我们的机车厂比技术引进之前最大的进步就是可以按照
国外的图纸生产了，拥有了先进高铁车辆的生产制造经验，但是我们只有制造技术（当
然这个技术也很重要，都是真金白银堆出来的，培养了不少制造人才，是中国高铁的宝
贵财富），并无研发能力。高铁的几大核心系统中，转向架是西门子技术转让给长客，
长客生产出来的和西门子一毛一样，没有任何改进创新，仅是Siemens的LOGO换成了CRC
,而已。有时候转向架出了问题搞不定会请西门子来处理，还有时候没有配件了直接找
西门子借，因为都是一样的。所以说我们只是知道了东西怎么做出来，但我们并不知道
为啥这么做，都说我们掌握了350公里转向架技术，最高票列出来的转向架型号和厂家
都是国内的，但是我认为所谓掌握就是就是明白了其中规律，可以举一反三，但是我们
目前只是生产出来，至于为啥参数这么定，可不可以改，我们并不知道。不管怎么说，
转向架好歹技术是买了的，也就是我们的了，也确实是我们自己生产，那么可以说是掌

utty knife划开接缝并把前端伸进base molding和墙之间，稍微扳出一个大点的缝，然

pry bar前端伸进缝里，往外撬，把molding撬出来。为了防止破坏墙，pry bar在墙上

点处要垫块木板。
一般木地板是3/4寸厚，地面比原来的地毯高，装base molding回去的时候也根据新的

大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，

常在西方生活片中看到这样的情景，在教堂举行婚礼，男女宣誓后，
牧师总会说一句：“I now pronounce you man and wife”(现在我
宣布你两成为夫妻)。懂点英语的人都知道，丈夫是husband,妻子是w
ife, 为什麽牧师不说husband and wife 或者说 man and woman, 硬
要说成man and wife?
原来，早在17世纪初诺曼底人征服英格兰时，婚礼就使用man and
wife了。当时man就是"丈夫"的意思，反而是husband才表示“耕田或
做生意的男人”，这也是为什麽在大一点的字典中，husband仍保留
有“节俭地使用或经营”的释义。
有趣，千年轮回，man和husband的词义居然互换了。然而，基督教的

，零八零九——好长一段死寂，随后有杂乱的脚步声、说话声，再然后是敲门声。有警
察走进来，尽管态度远谈不上凶狠，但那一身从头到脚的迷彩，却总让人有被劫车的恍
惚。
这里是罗马尼亚的边境城镇，温格内普鲁特（Ungheni Prut），距摩尔多瓦不过几百米
的距离。从一头到另一头，却经历了无尽的等待：昏暗的车厢中人来人往，护照被罗马
尼亚边警收走，许久才归还。摩尔多瓦那边略好一些，边警带着证件检验仪上车。除此
