后，到2014年march更换了一堆东西91k迈。如下
front strut, front sway bar link (左右）
left rear valve STEM core leaking
RvR front brake rotors and calibers, RvR spindles
还有front ball joint 替换了。 听说ignition （cylinder还是什么）的坏了，只能
用一把钥匙打火，另一把钥匙开门，否则用错了，就更换ignition cylinder什么的。
这些都是说明这车由于salvage到了职业生涯晚期了，还是正常这迈数的毛病
车忙求专家鉴定。
test drive，感叹下4缸小车加速要80要踩到底，低速从低挡挂到高档时候感到有明显

的polluter,比GM的ignition switch严重多了。 老美跟欧洲人很多是死脑筋，要是个
ignition switch, 甚至是air bag,他们会觉得这是个零件厂商的问题，局限在某几个
车型，换了零件就好了， 也不会太影响resale value，毕竟车是由几万个零件组成，
车厂最多是把关不严。大家都能理解，这种事也会发生在其他车厂。大众可完全不一样
，故意欺骗，还拿这个polluter作为销售卖点，"clean diesel technology". 消费者
不会买账的，不光以前的消费者上当受骗，以后也不会有人买了，谁知到你其他的车，
包括汽油车没问题？人家根本不会walk-in你的dealership. |

引擎上面塑料盖打开，换ignition coil就像换复杂点的玩具的电池差不多。
建议同时把火花塞也换了，反正都打开了。V6就是后面几个斜角定位需要一点点技术。 |

发帖数: 1337 | 7 如果有万用表的话，很容易测ignition coil的，就用不着装新的后，清零再等红灯亮
，那样要不少时间，可能几天甚至一个多星期不等。
火花塞也可测， 方法是拆下后插回到ignition coil里，拿住coil（不让其碰其他地方
），让别人帮把发动机启动，这时是3个缸工作，把测试的火花塞外部金属，但不要螺
纹部分接触发动机身，如果火花塞没有火花，则这火花塞不行了。这种方法是要点胆量

parts大概300-500取决于几缸 在www.ecstuning.com或者www.pelicanparts.com买
Amazon也可以 找OEM的就行
ignition coil完全就是拧螺丝 拔出来换上新的
spark plug需要用到extension socket 任何店里买一个就行
diagnostic fee...这个不是买个OBDII读一读在网上search下就搞定的? |

发帖数: 631 | 15 前天车库里有很重的煤气味，然后打emergency call叫来gas 公司的technician，检查
后说gas没问题，说是heater上方通向chimney的管道有些移位，一氧化碳没有完全排出
去，是一氧化碳这些残余气体跑到车库的原因，然后把我的gas 阀门关掉，把火熄灭，
让我等heater冷却后，自己去调节heater上方的小烟囱的位置就行了，昨天调节好位置
后，怎么打火都不成功。
这个heater是前屋主才换没多久的新heater，是电子打火，最左边有个红色reset按钮
，中间是要pilot，on，off三档，最右边是个电子打火igniter的按钮，按照路子上面
的instruciton，把中间knob调到pilot，一直按住最左边的红色按钮，然后立即按
igniter，但是怎么都打不着火，去youtube也看了些视频，但没看到电子打火的，好像
都是手动用火柴或者点火器去点着gas，看得也不麻烦，但是我们家的下面感觉比那些
老式的要多些接线，不知道把外面板卸下来自己去点火可不可行。

auto re-ignition feature on the burner (they are called different names).
They are designed to relight the burner after a wind blow them off or boil
over situation. If ignition does not work, it will shut off the gas value
for safety. I am not sure if every company put that feature in their product
, but I am almost certain both Viking and Dacor (two brands I have used so
far) have this kind of feature on every gas range/c |

1. 电子igniter点火正常；
2. gas valve出gas正常；
3. 这时四个gas管道里都有正常火焰喷出；
4. 下面的问题就是3这种状态持续仅仅数秒，当igniter熄火后，gas valve也同时cut
gas。
然后再一次循环从1-4，但是这次后，blower开始启动工作，但是由于空气并没有被加
热，所以吹出
的都是凉气。
1st thought是flame sensor的问题，用steel wool磨了，没用。买了个新的，昨晚装
上去
了，一切都开始正常工作了，以为问题得到解决，于是关机睡觉。可是今早再次打开
furnace，发现
以前的问题依旧。彻底绝望。
希望有经验的xdjm给点建议。谢谢！ |

basically, you need to run two lines
A. a 220V E-line to your stove, you can use this E-line for E-stove
B. a gas pipe line, you don't need use it now, just leave it there
in the future, you can use the gas line to run gas to your gas-stove and
also use the 220V E-line for suppling 110V E to your gas stove
New gas stove requires 110V for ignition

楼主问题是出在 gas furnace/fan coil 或温控器。
如果是fan coil, 是没有点火的。
gas furnace 才需要点火， 一般住家furnace 的点火方式有4种：
1）Standing Pilot --- 小火秒一直亮着，通过thermocouple 打开主火。
2）Intermittent Pilot. 类似电子打火机原理，打着小火后，火焰感应针感应到后传
回Pilot 控制盒，打开主火。
上面两种方式已不多见了，基本上都是至少20年前的机子。
下面两种是目前最常用到的。
3）Hot Surface Ignition, 类似于电热丝直接点着主火。
4）direct spark Ignition, 类似于煮饭炉头电子打火，直接点着主火。一些Rheem和
Lennox 旗下的机子用的较多。
大部分厂家都用第三种。
打开暖气，如果一点都没反应的话，可以先检查温控器

发帖数: 680 | 24 昨天找了个licensed的plumber装了个gas valve，给dryer用的。当中需要把gas总开关
关掉，valve装上，然后重开gas。plumber装完后就走人了。结果今天起来发觉热水都
没有了（昨晚没发觉，估计那时热水是heater tank里面剩余的）。 估计是gas关掉后
，heater也就自己熄火了，需要重新ignite。
请问这种ignite/pilot自己可以操作么？还是得找个有license的。另外，温度似乎有3
档，high/hot, low, vacation， 目前设在low偏高些（全开热水阀时，能洗澡又不烫
），但我听说heater水温要设高些，以免里面生霉生虫。不知一般推荐设多少温度。
如果自己可以操作重新点火的话，今天就自己试试，不然晚上没热水洗澡了。谢谢 |

发帖数: 9429 | 25 嗯，一时没想到， 你这个会贵一点，也就20几刀，你的属于上等机子，用到80V的电路
板，80V的silicon nitride 点火器。低端furnace 是120V电路板，用传统的120V的
silicon carbide igniter。
silicon nitride 点火器它会有信息反馈回电路板，LED codes list 上许多厂牌都有
点火器的信息。
silicon carbide igniter 就没有。
所以第一步得相信电路板，先换个ignitor.
White Rodgers 的许多款板子买来时都有附带个全新的silicon nitride 点火器，目的
就是要你换电路板的时候，点火器必须同时换掉。 |

终于在降温之前把furnace修好了。(症状参考附帖)
结果多少有点出乎意料，Control Board也就是Blower所在那个铁盒里的电路板后面发现一条
死去多时都差不错被风干的小lizard，手指长，整个就黏在电路板背面。看来是其死后分泌的体液
造成电路板线路问题。于是为了防止意外碰到furnace的电源保护按钮，把总电源也关闭，然后用
纸巾沾一点水把电路板背面清洁一遍，用电吹风吹干，上电，重新点火，终于看到了久违的flame
LED light。
在此，特别感谢一下icewatering和她推荐的海尔冷暖气公司的方师傅(281-777-1266
houston/katy/sugarland地区的朋友们有福啊)。

以我的理解，汽车的发动机在运行的时候，发动机的四个火花塞轮流点火，电源由电池
或alternator提供，timing由ignition controller控制。
outboard发动机也是类似的么？outboard好像没有alternator。我就不知道火花塞是不
是电打火，有没有ignition controller这个东东？outboard好像也没有feul pump，那
汽油又是怎么进入气缸的呢？靠发动机运转起来后产生的负压？我还有一个小的6匹发
动机，手动发动的，好用得很。这个发动机不带任何电源，那火花塞又是怎么点火的呢？

for ignition... that seems like BS because the strong air current created by
primer igniting will blow out flames |

发帖数: 1745 | 47 我在别的论坛上看到过这种说法。不锈钢的枪身由于质量大，在后坐过程中位移比铝合
金枪身小，所以套筒对take down lever的冲击也就相对大一些。不过我认为这个说法
和铝合金枪身磨损、CZ弯套筒一样，都是轶事性质的，不值得作为选枪的主要依据。你
看看下面的这个SIG维护表，take down lever是建议每两万发一换的。你要不放心，一
万发一换就行了。一万发子弹也至少两千块钱了，花30块钱换个零件没啥大不了的。
