俄方有史以来金额最大的能源协议，俄罗斯的石油公司将以20年3亿吨的长期原油供应
换取中方250亿美元贷款。
据知情人士透露，俄罗斯最大的国有石油公司俄罗斯石油公司(Rosneft)和石油管
道寡头俄罗斯国家石油管道运输公司(Transneft) 同中国国家开发银行签署了这一拖延
已久的协议。这位不愿透露姓名的人士称：“贷款提供者是国家开发银行。”他表示，
现在在中国的俄罗斯代表团成员包括主管能源的俄罗斯副总理谢琴(Igor Sechin)、能
源部部长谢尔盖-什马特科(Sergei Shmatko)、俄罗斯石油公司总裁谢尔盖-阿雷科谢耶

- 马上改款，tech feature比较落后，没有大天窗，开起来没有Q5好玩，AWD一般般
Q5:
+ 外形漂亮，内饰好看，驾驶感觉略胜，大天窗，四驱
- 性价比稍低，可靠性差
途锐：
+ 安全，性价比跟同级别比有优势，大天窗，空间大，低调，四驱
- 可靠性差，柴油版本稍贵
本人不太关心越野性能，重视安全，操控和可靠性，各位能不能给个建议？尤其是RDX

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis
