On October 25, 2010, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN
WORKER, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.
我需要等多久才能收到physical receipt notice for I140呢？
如果我想PP，是不是必须等到收到这个physical receipt notice之后呢？还是凭借
filing fee receipt number is SRCxxxxxxxxx就可以PP了？
