发帖数: 5241 | 8 周一开始了P90X的Phase III。之前做完了Phase II然后回家了。其实在家也
练了Phase III的几个练习，为这个我还特意带了portable DVD player和
resistance band。可后来去旅游，四处奔波的，就停了两个多星期。上周六
我试着做了Cathe的Upper Body Pyrimid，别的还好，就是那104个bicep curls
比较野蛮，几天了，这胳膊都一直是酸的。
女儿一直还在闹时差，她十二点多还不睡，到我锻炼的时候就一点了。我只好
暂时把ARX停了。不知是睡得不够，还是吃得太少，或者兼而有之，体力差了很
多，周一的重量都比以前减了很多。

既然是解读,就是针对该片的几个难点来解释的,如果是只为看刘或是看梁的外貌就够了的
mm这个就可以免去看了,呵呵.ok,p话少说,言归正传.
1.<无间道i>里的最后几声枪声终于在iii里解开了谜底,原来有一枪是打到监视器的,也间
接的为i自圆其说了为什么没有根据监视器的取证逮捕刘建明.
2.[bt论调]该片因为有大陆的投资在,所以内中对大陆警察赞扬有加.特别是陈道明在天台
上和黎明一起拜忌陈永仁的时候,说了句,人他妈都死了 ！！呵呵 觉得很贴切：）而且,
最后几个主角就他活得最好,充分说明了大陆的水平是相当高的,连黎明这个高才生都被打
死,他什么事情都没有.
3.要区别时空有一个最简单的方法,注意刘德华的发型,呵呵.
4.在电梯记得那个被刘建明开枪打死警察的话吗?里面的韩琛安排了5个内鬼在警署.刘建
明\被刘建明开枪打死的那个\第三集里一开始在黎明办公室死掉的李俊都是肯定确定的内
鬼,那么还有两个是谁呢?所以刘建明在结束了第一部后就开始了痛苦的查找内鬼的过程,
也就是在陈永仁死后的10个月他一直都过在煎熬中,也是另外一种无间.

with Ultra which is 30MB/s, equivalent of Extreme III.. the current extreme
name goes along with their 60MB/s UDMA cards.

相对于 5DII，5DIII 外观上看起来更圆一些，同时背后的按键配置也变得更接近 7D，
特别是摄影／Liveview 的推杆，和 7D 如出一辙。最有趣的一点，是它的主转盘除了
可以实体转动之外，同时也可以用触控的，让你在拍摄影片的时候不会不小心录到恼人
的「卡嗒、卡嗒」声。5DIII 的规格各方面和 5DII 比都有相当的提升，但画素数反而
是差异最小的一项，只从 21MP 增加到了 22.3MP，和 D800 对杀的情形并没有出现。
此外，5DIII 搭载了 1,040K dot 的 3.2 吋屏幕、Digic 5+ 处理器、61 点对焦（其
中 41 点为十字点）、SD/CF 双记忆卡插槽、100-25,600 的原生 ISO 值（扩充可到
50-102,400）、以及最大 6FPS 的连拍。

还有个打印机rebate 的T3，900-400-175 = 325，这个只能搞一台，而且实在是很折腾。 |

puts 3 lenses in the mix for announcement at Photokina, the EF 16-35mm f/2.
