of their social and economic status, all family will support their kid to
receive education to their best effect.
from this perspective, people in NE china has to thank japan and manchoukuo.

育。明治维新确定普及基础教育以后，在1900年（大约）实行强制6年制义务教育，几年
后改为9年，全国到处建学校，保证100%适龄儿童入学是地方官必须完成的硬指标。当时
日本的小学入学率就达到99%+。但是直到30年代，高中和大学的入学率都极低。记得分别
是百分之十几和百分之一点几，只算适龄青年。
