The dealer can sign the title (that's called lien release, I think) and give
it the seller after the seller pays all
money to the dealer. The seller can sign it and give it to you. So there is
no form involved about title transfer.
It's not necessarily a scam but the seller or curbside dealer doesn't have
enough money on too many cars.
Even the dealers may not have the title because a dealer needs money to hold

1. Should have taken snowshoes on this trip. It would have saved us a lot of
time on day 2.
2. Always start early. 7:30am start time on day 2 is too late.
3. Leader should have all gears handy when travelling through technical
terrains. I should have carried at least 2 pickets and all ice screws and
the ice hammer with me on day 3 when I led.
Thing went well:
1. Excellent team work. 3 people carry the team on 3 different days.

中国导演被中宣部，广电总局管的太狠 -> 拍不出好电影 -> 观众看得少 -> 收入少
-> 投资少 -> 拍不出好电影 -> 观众看得少 .... 大概是这么一个死循环。
乍一看是个道理，但是没有广电总局，或者广电总局不管你的奇幻题材，你就能拍出好
片子？事实上无极在题材上是正宗奇幻，大牌导演+相对不错的投入，结果拍出来还不
是一坨狗屎。
在放眼看中国外，日本人大投入拍最终幻想，结果把裤衩儿都赔光了。英国的哈利波特
，还是被美国人拿来拍片赚钱。自己搞的3D动画The Tale of Despereaux, 这么好的制
作勉强保本。法国号称电影大国，图形技术也是人才辈出，但这么多年一部票房上两亿
的动画/特效大片都没有。中国的近邻韩国是后起之秀，拍了个特效大片dragon war试
水，赔钱。香港的意马 -- IMAGI,第一部动画忍者神龟在美国创下了不错的票房，接着
第二部阿童木就把老本儿赔了。印度号称世界第二的电影工业，拍出来的片子全都走不
出家门。全世界不多的几部非美国制作成功的动画，特效大片，都是澳洲，新西兰人做

those are very mature areas that require tons of resources, monetary,
human and / or knowledge.
a huge advantage of someone who has worked here is that they get
exposure to the latest / greatest technology and develop a sense of
what's coming down the pike. That's something your chinese competitors
don't have, or cannot obtain inexpensively, nor quickly.
