long term? 我查了一下， new jersey drinking water for arsenic limit is 5
ppb, in rice cereal it is > 100ppb.
I am concerned. Does anybody has experience/knowledge to comment more about

at that time, you may find your monthly payment goes up 600$ each month
assuming currently 50w loan.
Moreover, in 10 years, the rent may reach to a level to cover all the cost
of the house if you fix it for 30 years. At that time, why would you sell it
then? Just keep it and rent it out even if you want to move to a new house,
it would make money for you.
