当横滚到脸朝下的时候，抬头看一眼前方，马上低头恢复正常
游泳。
蛙泳的好处是可以保持盯着前方看。爬泳最多每划一次看一眼前方，
看太多增加阻力。
如果不是竞技游泳，爬泳没啥太不自然。不是竞技游泳的话，换气不
需要转头太多，横滚在换气侧多滚一点就好了。 |

中文一天英文，以后不知道。我有两个同事送这个，俩同事一个美国白人家庭，一个俄
罗斯人，俄罗斯家的奶奶很生气，本来就没法跟孙子沟通，儿子把孙子送去学中文而不
去学俄语。
小孩在学校全天候中文还是有很大效果的，小孩回家sibling之间自觉不自觉的会说中

Asml当年是philips和蔡司弄的joint venture, 由蔡司提供光学，asml做系统平台。光
源由cymer提供。
光刻机核心技术就是三样: 光源，光学和系统集成。光源技术从80nm到28nm一直没变，
都是193i的源。变得主要是目镜变成immersion lens, 增大了数值孔径。同时系统的微
振动和热漂移也要稳定在nm量级。这个难度蛮高。不知道清华这个平台是否自己设计。
28到14nm主要靠玩exposure的trick, 例如intel 的double/multiple patterning. 这
