以前LD的绿卡使公司全权管 LD也不知道他的140和485都邮寄到哪里 哪里批的
我找出了他的485receipt和140apptoval notice
最下面落款的地址都是：

这个地址是说明我LD的485和140都是NSC处理的么？这个NSC和我485要邮寄到哪里有关
系么？
我们在加州 看USCIS官网说基于140的485要邮寄到USCIS Phoenix Lockbox 就是下面的
地址
所以无论我LD在哪里批的140 我都要在USCIS Phoenix Lockbox 申请485 对么？

激活的那种797B 但是公司和他都不知道 公司也没有check他的i9 还一直给他paycheck
。所以从去年十月份他opt失效到现在 属于失去身份而且非法工作。现在正在咨询各种
律师 说法不一。有的说这是unlawful presence 而去因为已经超过180天 所以会有三
年禁令不让入境，而且会影响绿卡申请。有的说这算oos 不算unlawful presence，因
为他以前是F1 D/S。没有三年禁令，但是因为有unlawful work，所以入境如果签non
immigation的visa比如h1b, h4, 会被deny，如果等到我绿卡了他再进来就没有影响。
因为unlawful work不在绿卡的eligibility，unlawful presence才在。 有没有人有类
似经历，有什么好的建议吗？谢谢了！ |

2012/10/16 submit EB1-B PP, got approved yesterday.
80%时间在此版游荡,20%在immigant版，这下也算做点贡献。

禁枪法案没通过，确实让人大跌眼镜，也说明了国会里面的共和党对于立法的干预很大
共和党的国会议员肯定会考虑选民的看法。这次移民改革，如果像禁枪法案一样无法通
过，一点都不让人意外。如果能顺利通过，应该算一个奇迹。共和党选区的选民很多人
强烈要求遣返非法移民，而不是给予大赦。这个法案的核心（大赦非法移民）是不会赢
得共和党议员的支持的，这次大赦非法移民是民主党回报2008年大选，也是为未来选举
赢得拉丁选票，司马昭之心，路人皆知。
民主党这次还绑架了老牌共和党大佬，共和党大佬为了捞取曝光率，留个公众一个大胸
怀的形象，给拉丁等少数民族留下一个亲和的印象，采取了8人合作的方式。在目前白
宫和参议院因为其他丑闻无法脱身的情况下，移民法案想浑水摸鱼，恐怕有一定难度。
