缓慢，所以才会分版。分出LC版，是因为这是单独的一个步骤，并非是要把EB1和
EB2EB3分开。后来LC版改名，也是挺久之后才发生的事情，不是当初分版的初衷。
中国人还是应该团结，一致对外。

on a H1B visa and are filing EB2 or NIW? The major items in the bill (didn't
look at the details) seem to be 1) allowing illegal immigrates to apply for
citizenship; 2) stricter border enforcement; 3) more H1B for companies to
import high skilled immigrants; 4) more low skilled labor immigrants. But I
don't see how it affects us. More quota for EB2, hence the shorter waiting
queue, perhaps? |

到私信，推荐没有律师执照的所谓consultant，或者有人主动要帮助你同时表露出需要
报酬的意思，千万要谨慎，不要轻信。
靠自己diy或者找个口碑好的律师都是可行的。千万别为了省些钱，被水平还不如你的
人给忽悠了。你想，一个能胜任自己工作做自己该做的事情的人怎么会成天蹲在
