一般公司如果有immigration hr 或者 outside immigtation counsel的话
都应该有明确的procedure吧，关键是怎么知道procedure是什么
如果有withdrawl／revoke规定，看能不能申请的exception
没有的话，也确认一下180天内不要有 |

Question 11.J 我回答错了， 应该选 no, 因为我不再是 alien under non-
immigtation visa. 问题的时态没注意。只注意了admitted to USA，以为问我进美国
时的 status.
这样可以跳过 question 12.

表格后面部分有每个问题的instructions
Q 11.j 的 instruction 明确说了 绿卡不包含在内，不是 alien admitted under non
immigration visa.
所以 Q 11.j 对有绿卡的人应该填 no， 和公民一样待遇。
这个表格太 tricky 了，没有几个人会认真读表格的 instructions的。

1. 买枪。

第一天晚上去买被据。
big 5 店小二不看绿卡，要求出示任何州颁发的hunting license 或者 attorney
general 的什么letter.
添的表格有个tricky问题，问如果你非移民签证入的美国，是不是 fall in the
exceptions defined in instructions. 我大概读了 exception,基本是外交官，执法
人员之类。所以回答了no.
店小儿说选了 yes 需要hunting license. 选了 no 需要 attorney general letter.
我没有这些东西，白跑一趟。
回家后下载网上表格仔细研究。

select anything under "Current and Expected Visa Types".
