high hypoxia。但是会有间接，比如影响cytokine, chemokine 的分泌等。
这里面的机制很多，
TGFb，IL10这类抑制性cytokine,
recruitment and development of Regulator T cell, Myloid derived suppressive
cell, immature DC, suppressive stroma etc.
Lost MHC expression.
总之机制很多，很复杂，不同的肿瘤又有不同的主要方式。
免疫治疗就是三个问题：
1.Immune cell dysfunction, lost the battle against cancer;
2.Cancer cell immune escape, lost tumor antigen.

Nature Immunology告知我们manuscript现阶段不能接受，但鼓励我们补充一点数据再
投回去。我们知道再投回去还是要送到那个对我们有偏见的reviewer那，所以我们不敢
冒险，赶紧改投Immunity。这次是三个reviewer，个个都很postive。其中一个声明我
们的工作已经很好，他的建议都是针对我们将来的后续工作的。另外两个reviewer还是
要求我们补不少实验。Immunity要求我们在两个月的时间里做完这些实验并resubmit。
过去的两个月正好涵盖holiday season，但也没办法，加班加点，终于在上星期一，也
就是Immunity要求的deadline，将manuscript再投回去。今早得到通知说我们的
manuscript被非正式接受了。 |

, 毕竟在细胞水平的experiment的turn over时间短。Wang Rongfu是最近几年才开始做
innate immunity的，选的方向很好，做NLR里面最容易被人忽略的member, 比如NLRX1,
etc. 这样竞争的人就少，所以发文章和潜在的拿grant的机会会大一些。
其实Wang Rongfu拿到的钱基本上都是他的另一个方向 cancer immunity. 这个人家是
有很长研究历史的，而且他不在一棵树上吊死，经常换方向，弄个XXX的vaccine啥的，
只要这种vaccine没有人做过，拿钱那是相当容易。
总之，一个老实的聪明人，低调的很。 |

因为同样的话好人和坏人说出来，至少在纸面上是一样的，没有亲身经历的人不可能明

好像很多做免疫的同学都不喜欢做生化的。像nalp3或者spt009同学（记不清是哪位）
以前也写过关于innate immunity文章的评价。好像是曹院士发了cell的时候吧。
好像很多做生化的用免疫细胞做做生化都可以发很好的文章，也能拿到钱。但是做免疫
的很多同学就不喜欢，认为不是immunologist,其实我觉得应该说他们不是做adaptive
immunity的immunologist.immunologist本身并不是比biochemist更高级的称谓，就像
生化牛人james chen就从来不说自己是做免疫的，就是做生化的。
我承认生化短平快是有点讨巧，但是架不住发文章快啊。看看Y-J Liu这位做pDC的先锋
吧，在pDC这几年并没有特别突破的文章，倒是在DNA sensor那个领域发了4，5篇
immunity, NI文章。这些明显都是跟风之作，但是比经典之作更能发文章啊。senior如

里有超过125个citation。它有超过H5-index125质量的比率在90%左右。
因为plos one 36，immunity48，你能说plos one比immunity好？
这个排名没有什么意义。 |
