本网讯（通讯员 杨雪）12月9日，Cell杂志子刊、免疫学领域著名杂志Immunity（影响
因子20.5）在线发表了我校舒红兵研究组完成的研究成果，该文的通讯作者为舒红兵教
授，第一作者为博士研究生雷曹琦。
该论文题目为《Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3β Regulates IRF3 Transcription
Factor-Mediated Antiviral Response via Activation of the Kinase TBK1 》。在
这项最新研究中，研究组发现蛋白激酶GSK3b在病毒感染后，调控在病毒感染诱导I型干
扰素表达中起重要作用的另一个蛋白激酶TBK1。GSK3b引起TBK1的寡聚化和磷酸化，导
致TBK1的激活。这一发现为了解病毒感染诱导I型干扰素表达及抗病毒天然免疫的分子

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

date，故事也说圆了，老板也认为不错，觉得我得工作是目前关于这个问题最完整最有说服力的研究工作，可惜老板一直觉得新意不够。
刚投了immunity，审稿一个月后，一个reviewer说很好没有任何意见，另一个说没有新意，结果editor以”没有新意“为由给毫不留情的据了。
和老板商量了准备换个杂志投，老板还是觉得novelty是个问题，不反对试别的好杂志但他个人建议赶快投个容易接受的杂志。可是俺实在不忍心看着这么多工作好几年的心血就去投个小
杂志。所以还想试试好一点的杂志，找了找，觉得cell host and microbe 和 PloS
Biology从IF上看都还很不错的。不过不知道这两个杂志是不是都很难投啊？有知道的
大侠给说说吧？例如是不是对novelty要求很高？
另外，如果immunity据了以后，投同是cell press的cell host and microbe 杂志，
editor是不是会知道原来投immunity被据的事？那是不是会很吃亏啊？

这个人第一个找到了TLR4 和Lps的关系，让Yale几个做免疫多年的人极不爽。yale的innate
immunity在一代宗师Charles Janeway的带领下出了一群牛人，进去的faculty自动就是
HHMI， Toll like receptor 家族里另外几个的配体都是Yale做出来的。话说TLR4其实
Janeway和他的天才俄国博后Medzhitov先做出来的，beutler的文章是98年出的，
Janeway 97年就发了文章，只可惜他并没有找到TLR4的配体，只是强行dimerize 俩
TLR4constitutively激活了TLR4和下游的反应。
Beutler做出这玩意后，就开始加入innate immunity这个小圈子。圈子里的会议那时候
主要还是Yale那一派把持，说怎么个不是正儿八经innate immunity的家伙到我们这里
招摇来了？据说在那些年很是给他穿了几年小鞋。不过这哥们虽然用的是这种奇怪的招

人因为Immunity去年涨了几点就预测Immunity将要赶上和超过NI。我觉得很难，毕竟大
家的孰优孰劣perception建立了就挺难推翻的。 |

个人都提几个问题，in vivo实验就不得了，完了editor也不发活，最后一个人还有问
题，就是来回的改，三
轮下来，经历几次，大家都怕了，轻易不愿意上。上了的都有是一堆实验，但novelty
相对差一些（
整体的）文章。nature immunology有时候只有二个评审，有时候评审还有些小意见
，editor也不管，就收了，过程很舒服。你比较一下from submit 到accept，nature
immunology 平均起来明显短。
我们lab投也是先试nature immunology.被拒了，投immunity之前先倒吸一口冷气，做
好打苦战的准备。
从读者的角度，二者的好文章整体差别不大。坏文章，nature immunology里的坏文章
往往是你不敢相信，immunity的坏文章是boring。 |

therapy 和 cell therapy现在已经何在一起提了，比如说，ASGCT, American society
of gene and cell therapy. Immune therapy也应该包括在gene and cell thrapy里

肿瘤是否可以突破immune surveillance远不是你给出的这么简单。
innate immunity的启动也是需要一些条件的，事实是在dysplasia的阶段，
innate immunity无法被有效启动的情况更多。什么叫免疫系统完备?指个体，还是针对
肿瘤mass本身？
肿瘤发生immune suppression不一定是其可以progress的原因，很多时候可能只是结果。
其实这里给出的每一句话都有待磋商，都可以找出一大堆的相关文献。 |

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
