Oncoimmunology联系在一起，单纯的Protein-engineering门槛低。Immunogen领导层基

compromise the eeficacy?
2. 提存和处理过程中的杂质。
其中包括内毒素，各种病原体等。前面楼提到的ni-leakage也是其中。

家的抗体很脏啊。我发现有时即使有IgG control也不行，最好是同一只兔子的
preimmune serum或者IgG。
这些公司现在用的immunogen都是peptides，应用性很窄，不好用很正常，但这质控也
太恶心了。我还用过Abcam的perforin抗体，Foxp3抗体，都不好用。真耽误时间。
