料强调这两个journal的重要性，请帮忙发到邮箱。
成功的例子：BBRC, IF = 2.5, 但是它的卖点是“Number 1 journal in the Thomson'
s JCR ranking for Biophysics in terms of Total Cites, Number of Articles and
Eigen Factor ™ score.”，一下子从一个烂杂志变成一个牛杂志了。

一个中国杂志是国内核心期刊，其他杂志都是没有impact factor的。
律师除了claim contribution 和authorship， 竟然还要claim review。是大家耳熟能
详的中国律所。我质疑过律师，她说没问题：Yes, it is ok to claim reviews. You
do not have
to prove that you they have impact factors to satisfy this criteria.不会招来
RFE。请
问大家，这样claim会不会有问题？ |

的，通常是修车的时候需要拧大螺栓用的。中文说的冲击钻叫hammer drill，工作时除

reviewers' comments. I found the Editor-in-Chief asked them:
"To increase the visibility and impact of this study, it is advisable that
the authors search through articles recently published in THIS journal,
XXXXX, and cite 3 to 4 relevant articles published since 2011".
The impact factor of this journal is around 3; seems all are contributed by
the self citation advised by the Editor-in-Chief.
