Senate 都没有。
尼克松时候，国会参议院都是民主党。尼克松自己辞职了。
就算3次，尼克松辞职算成功，johnson和clinton都不成功。现在国会，参院又在共和
党下...
美国一共45个总统，就一个下台了。概率Trump被impeach下台不到2%. 至于到底概率多
少，要分析国会，参院被民主党拿下可能性，我觉得2020概率好低啊。
