is less of a hardware issue, but more of a system co-existence and software
issue and totally resolvable by an firmware update.
By touching the ends of those two separate antenna path on the frame, plp
are saying it essentially creates a low impedance path between the 2. (not a
complete short). But why the drastic attenuation in cell-band signal
strength ?

一般来说，法官会给你罚款，这种估计在120USD左右。罪名就变成比较轻的，比如“
impeding traffic”。
这样，就不会记你的POINTS，你就省下了保险，并且保持了良好的驾驶记录。 |

如果有时间的话，一定要上庭，要求pre-trial conference，警官不会到场，但是会跟
市内的prosecutor来协商，一般如果你的driving record是clean的，会给你改成
impeding traffic，可以把点数抹掉，但是罚款很难免掉。
如果没法安排pre-trial conference，那么选择informal hearing，警官会被要求到场
，但是如果警官不到场那么你的case就被dismiss，罚单失效。这个要看运气了。
上庭只有formal hearing才有上庭费的。pre-trial conference和informal hearing都
没有上庭费。
我们交了这么多税，为什么不去利用这个机会去一下法院，了解一下美国的司法制度？
最坏的情况下就是罚单照付，点数照扣，nothing to lose。 |

看见unless后面的话没有？如果慢是为了安全行驶，或者in compliance of law就可以

留着很大的解释空间。例如上面说的，什么叫normal and reasonable?什么叫block?不

lane, impeding traffic, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. 但是左边
的may forfeit bail in lieu of appearance, must appear都没打勾,就让我四五天后
打那个电话,也没说要不要罚款,被吓到了也忘了问.
请问这个到底该怎么办啊? |
