照例来说NobleSmile是现在dental CBCT plan的implant里面精度最后的了，一般是1mm
，但这样牙医拔牙后没有implant比较奇怪，一般都是2次visit,一次拔牙，implant,第
二次是一年后装牙冠，而且现在NobleSmile的implant都是4-5千的，丫的比像样的便宜
太多了 |

if your gum's bone is enough to support the implanted root, the schedule
will be:
day 1: x-ray, and implant a root
day 7: remove the stitches and make mould for your crown
day 14: the crown is ready to put on the top of the root, and done~

就算没implant也得隔离
只要是骨头动刀子了都得隔离

问的很糊涂啊。 implant 和他对等的是 bridge.但是要磨旁边的牙。便宜一些。觉得
并不是好选择。
如果你的牙的牙根还没有坏掉还能继续使用的话 那么还可以考虑 root canal. 就是把
牙根加入填充物变成死牙根。然后上面还是要加牙冠 否则根管治疗用的时间也不长。 |

extract, want to implant teeth. But the dentist refuse to implant, and
insist her to re-treat the teeth problem until they are healthy. Seem no way
for the teeth to be healthy, or stay healthy for implanting.
My Dad refuse the treatment, now just OK.
Within 4 years, Mom lost more teeth, but Dad is OK.
Sometime really doubt the teeth treatment in US. Do not trust them. May go
to China to have them treated.

我爸的一口牙齿都不行了，上次来带他去做了X光，基本没有一个好的牙齿了。
现在在国内上了一些质量很差的假牙，吃东西很不方便。
打算有机会再把他弄到美国来，在这里配一套好的假牙。
想请教大家，有没有人有这方面的经验或者信息，选择什么样子的假牙比较好，还有预
算，注意的问题等等。
目前打听到可以做Implants，bridges,就是可以固定的那种估计会用起来给力一些。牙
医给我的预算是6 implants on top and a 8 unit bridge. The bridge costs $4000
plus the 6 implants of $6000，所以上下都做的话需要2万美元？有些贵，但是不知
道还有什么价格商量的余地或者别的选择吗？
请懂的人指点指点，

$450， implant: $1850, crown: $1399. 但在submit claim的时候却给insurance每
项多要$300左右。 例如bone graft: $750. Crown: $1700. 在给我们statement的时
候却只报给我们那个低的charge. 每次去都先让我们付费，否则不给看。有一次交了钱
，但没有给做完，说时间不够了，所以在我们account一直还留有credit.
请问他们这样故意多charge保险公司钱是不是fraud？ 另外大家做dental implant大概
总共都多少钱啊？ |

metal还是最普通的材料，我去年回国做时选的是80%黄金的，在这里是有价无市，因为
没有人做得起^_^

unit的，价格就是一个crown 的3倍。
做crown-and-bridge有个缺点是，要把左右的好牙磨掉，并且把牙髓清除，很可惜，所

医生一般不会看一个病人前都先问保险啦收费啦。 那是前台的事。当然你事先知道自
己保险cover的范围和额度， 可以向他提，看看自己要掏多少腰包。这种在大病的事候
很常见。至于常规的东西一般不会太出格大部分人也懒得问。大妈要每次看牙医都要受
一次金钱上的折磨。建议事先谈好价。就像在中国菜场买菜， 就说五块的萝卜来两斤
，三块的青菜来五斤。这样就没事后的烦恼了。
认识一位三叠国顶尖Dental Implant specialist. 做过上千例Implant ， Socal 很多
别的牙医都听过他上的课。但Implant dentist 要和你regular dentist合作的，一个
拔牙种根管，另一个做CROWN。 所以最好不要自己随便拉一个来。
最后看来大妈家是女主外，男主内啊。外事要靠火力猛的大妈来搞定啊。时间长了你家
LD会不会受压抑啊？ |

现在很多GENERAL DDS也做植牙，简单的CASE，相对便宜。
如果你不存在需要BONE GRAFTING或者SINUS太低的情况，没有骨质苏松，不良嗜好,那就不一定
要选SPEICALIST做植牙。另外加上 IMPLANT CROWN.
还要看你的INSURANCE COVERAGE.
GENERAL DDS通常接收比较多的INSURANCE。那么就只能根据INSURANCE FEE来收你的
钱。这样相比用不收INSURANCE的SPEICALIST，就会省很多。
很难回答最便宜是多少。
最便宜，应该是你的INSURANCE对IMPLANT的定价了：-）
俺不知道这边中国医生的价格。 |

有些简单CASE，一般的GENERAL DDS也有做的。。。
复杂点的都是到OS或者PERIODONTIST那里专门的IMPLANT SPECIALIST做。。。
价钱范围好象我有次贴过。。。
两个INS，如果都有IMPLANT的COVERAGE，那肯定就自己付的少
不过有的INS不COVER，所以要看你的INS了。。。 |

我现在牙医建议我做两个implant，我在考虑是不是做，一方面成本是一个问题，一方
面是担心会不会有什么complication
具体情况大致如下
小时候左上14坏掉，被拔掉了。后来13、15都做了根冠治疗之后做了牙冠，或者说
bridge，连着14一起
牙医通过x光说15牙冠下面（不是里面，就是剩下的牙齿靠近牙冠的位置）又出现了龋
齿，说是这个没办法补，也基本上没办法通过牙冠弥补了。
牙医建议把13的牙冠割下来可能能继续用，把15拔掉，然后14、15各做一个implant
上周去找一个oral专家看了一下，他说我的dentist是个专家，如果她说那个龋齿没办
法弥补，那就是没办法了，建议拔牙，然后加什么draft，等弥合3个月之后再来种，可
以两个一起种
我想请教一下，这个情况是不是必须按照牙医给的建议来做？有没有别的alternative？

于是今天赶紧看了牙医, 照片mitbbs1 和mitbbs2就是当时照的. 其实只裂开了一小块
牙齿,可医生建议把整个牙拔了做implant.实在不请愿, 可一群美国医生对我一个中国
女生大忽悠牙科专业单词,把我给吓住了,于是我同意做implant...第一步便是拔牙..
可在医生去除那小块裂开的牙之后,他手一抖直接把那个高速旋转的牙科钻刀碰到我嘴

，包括镊子剪刀啥的都带了，都是一次性的，dental CT是cone beam CT,本来就是环形
的很小的玩意。
你现在可以request你的病历，找正经的牙医做评估。

我让我妈去问过国内比较熟的医生，国内也是一样的，碰到神经了一般就是root canal
，国内叫抽神经。
root canal 大概500-600美元左右吧，之后牙齿就是死牙，还是可以保留很长时间的，
一般几十年问题不大。
在root canal之后一般会继续做个crown，国内叫牙套。因为牙根在，做crown为了保护
牙齿，大概600美元左右。
有些牙齿的牙根已经不行了，就做不了crown，要把牙拔掉，然后implant，也就是植牙
。就是在牙床上钻钉子进去固定，然后套上牙齿。
如果牙疼而没有腐蚀到神经，一般就filling补牙就可以了。
以上的国内国外基本一样，除了医药费这一项。
我的个人经历是：美国医生拍片后说可能已经腐蚀到神经了，先尝试着给我filling，
如果在填的时候疼，说明确实腐蚀到神经了，那么就不能filling了，必须要root
canal。可惜我的确在filling往里填的时候感觉疼。现在把我牙齿封了，不疼了，预约
了下一个时间去root canal。
