及学术研究本身的难度，西方大学也日趋成为丛林社会。一些教授不再是传道授业、指

达到一定高度，对学术的热爱远远比不上对自己岗位或名利的热爱。这类教授中以亚裔
学者最甚，当然也不乏欧美教授，他们视下属为家奴，视同行为劲敌，争取一切手段骗
取经费，廉价雇佣博士博后拼命灌水，极力打压潜在对手。许多雇员与导师终分道扬镳
