如果形成纳米结构，通常是PDMS和其它polymer的block copolymer吧，这样通过UV-OZ
处理，把碳链除掉，剩下硅氧结构，常温下可能比较稳定吧 |

nanolithography (Nano imprint, E-beam, Interfernce lithography), so must
have other positive points such as low cost, large area uniformity, wide
application etc. if you meet all these points, you can have start-up
