tic oil，买完车除了recall就没去过dealer。除了正常换油换胎换刹车外，这是迄今发
生过的毛病
1. 两侧的CV boot和轴不行了，修了一侧现在另一侧也开始响了。
2. 两年前在Vegas夏天Engine过热了一次，换了Water pump但不是这个问题。主要问题
AC风扇的fuse烧了,几块钱的事情结果花了400块。不过看到换下来的Water pump的impe
ller是塑料的，还是换了放心
3. 为了放心，去年夏天又换了Thermostat，花了$110
4. 今年,换了Valve cover gasket和PCV，$160
好像就是这些了，不知道有没有代表性。车祸一次，被人换道侧碰。对方是个三菱，
不用说了，完胜，我的车就侧前方有个不起眼的dent，三菱惨多了。这个最满意了。
如果没有新的大毛病出来，就一年后换了timing belt继续开，大概要500左右。

发帖数: 735 | 3 这个是真心痛，当时两个修车铺都说是水泵的问题。一个很确信的告诉我1.8T的水泵
桨叶是plastic的，有可能在timing belt坏之前翘掉。
当时差不多50k mile，人家问我要不要换皮带，我看手册上写98k犹豫了就没换。亏
大了，后来发现要access water pump其实timing belt就可以顺手换了。
关于Thermostat，人家开始也是quote 2.6 hours，也是要拆好多东西才能够access
到.我到Passatworld上面search了一下，看到有些牛人发了一些DIY的图片，用一些tri
ck能够绕过好多阻碍物。打印下来给修车师傅看了，他去车里看了看说100左右就可以了
，加了一些coolant最后$110.
