3. When bike is on stationary trainer with a high resistance, I rotated the
left pedal and can feel slack and slight vibration and hear vague noise that
sounds very much like an inadequately lubricated ball bearing.
4. Forgot to rotate the right one on stationary trainer.

particular的调查，没多少大data或者资金，report都很快扫到底，毕竟穷乡僻壤的州
嘛，调查的也如此specific，而且人家的report也不是你说的那个意思，是
1. up to 43%
2. as a result of inadequate holding and weigh in procedures during
tournaments 因为tournaments里的holding跟weigh更多时间更长吧
楼主做了很多调查，辛苦了，也很不容易有理性批判的眼光，过来想站在更理性更高的
出发点去批判楼主心中以为的那些自我感觉良好的C&R一族们，事实证明，算了吧
有法律大家都要遵守，视fishing为运动的北美，不愁吃不愁穿的，所有州都鼓励C&R，

rules enforcement is another myth with
no basis in fact.
Money is not a motivator or factor as to why one school would get a
particular decision versus another. Any
insinuation that revenue from bowl games in particular would influence NCAA
decisions is absurd, because
schools and conferences receive that revenue, not the NCAA.
