律师打电话去问，说“The office confirmed that they are returning the check
for the premium processing because the case did not qualify for premium
processing. ”
根据律师的建议等了一个月，April 16又file了一次PP,今天又被律师告知“USCIS did
not accept the company's EB-3 I-140 premium processing request”. 更加离奇
