interprete）,但在Associated Diagnoses 上写：screen metaolism, inborn errors
[v77.7].
有姐妹知道这是最后诊断吗？
还有，如果有这种inborn error,宝宝有自我修复功能吗？因为从3个月以后味道越来越
淡，现在都不太闻得到；
这种病难治吗？会多宝宝的智力发育有怎样严重的影响？
如果真有inborn error, 是否已经对宝宝造成损伤了？ |

些相对轻很多。Associated Diagnoses 上写：screen metaolism, inborn errors的意
思是说医生order了screening tests for inborn errors of metabolism, 并不代表你
的孩子有这问题。再举个例子，有时候associated diagnosis会写r/o PKU (意思是医
生要排除PKU,并不代表有PKU). |

既然inborn equal，应该是基于机会平等。在K-12的教育阶段，公立学校应该尽量提供
平等的教育机会。大学教育并不是普及教育，情况有所不同。公立大学的资金来源，一
是州内拨款，本质上是纳税人的钱，这部分拨款，可以按纳税人比例及纳税额比例的平
等原则来操作，比如设立merit-based或need-based的奖学金，一些AA配额等；二是校
友捐款，这个当然根据捐款人的意愿酌情合理操作，有限度地优待校友也是合理的；三
是学费，在交同样学费的基础上，所有新生录取标准应该一致（除了前两部分的款项所
覆盖的情况之外）。这才是合理平等的标准。 |

问需要如何改进将来可以进AIG，老师说：reading， math 很好，不需要improve，孩
子很会考试。没油近AIG，是因为ability test 不好，这个是inborn的，改进不了：－
（ 由此我们推出老师说小孩inborn不聪明。 （美国老师当然不会直接说小孩笨！）
说实话，我们孩子不够聪明，所以在家没油做过ability test，（我们以前听都没油听
说），没油考好，但我相信如果我们愿意话时间和钱买书上网做题，我相信孩子是可以
提高ability test 分的，哪有象AIG 老师说的inborn， 改进不了。只是我不想花时间

１． 出汗多，味道出来。
２． 体内不能正常处理的东西随汗液出来。
做代谢质朴分析，看看你的什么成分高。如果这个病已经研究了，应该已经知道。如果
知道了，而你觉得不符合，肯定你的病被误诊了。做质朴分析。
人就是利用那些蛋白质，潭水，和脂肪等等。你知道什么地方出问题，避开这些食物就
可以了，实在人体需要可以酌情吃适量。
估计没有好医生。说白了就算自己懂，弄清楚了保险很多也未必给你ｃｏｖｅｒ。这个
病基本不能靠医生，得靠自己，医生不当绊脚石就不错了。inborn errors

My families are also talking about the possibility of 肠套叠, it seems that
the frequency and intensity of the crying are not so high. That's one thing.
The other thing is that, this symptom did not show up until he was 6 months
old. 肠套叠 should be an inborn problem if I am right.

第一次是AG 老师和我们说小孩不够聪明（ability test不好）没有进AG 。这一次不知
道能不能进AG （班老师说不排除AG老师已经要了别得人进AG，她会帮我们问）。那如
果这次不能进AG，不就是还是因为AG 老师说的不够聪明吗？因为所有新的test都很好。

没辙。。。但后来某个混 paper 灌水的，说智商测试这玩意儿能用来判断天才。。。

一下序列。在诊断领域下一代测序只是做胎儿的Inborn Errors有一些，其它方面我还
真没听说过多少。我和Ion Torrent的Product Manager还有Illumina的都很熟，谈起临
床的问题，他们也承认目前应用不多。
Luminex现在有专门做SNP的试剂盒。不需要测序也可以很快找到SNP。 |
