美国福斯新闻网报导，美国政府已研发出新科技，能突破网路审查过滤系统，透过电子
邮件传送新闻和其他重要资讯给中国和其他国家的民众。
报导引述美国联邦广播理事会（ＢＢＧ）的报告说，ＢＢＧ去年测试，成功把资料传送
给香港和中国的电邮信箱。去年的测试运用Feed Over e-mail科技 （ＦＯＥ），绕过
中国政府为过滤网路内容所设的陷阱。
报告说，这种科技在各项测试都表现良好。不过，专家说，对于像埃及政府全面断绝网
路连线的情况，这种武器可能没什麽用处。
ＢＢＧ资讯安全主管柏曼说，如果网路中断，什麽都不管用。
但是ＢＢＧ的测试显示，至少在中国，ＦＯＥ能够有效传送讯息或可下载资料到代理网
址，让网友看到未经检查的内容。想看到不受检查内容的网友必须拥有外国业者提供的
电邮帐号。
设计ＦＯＥ的资讯专家何守（译音）说，这种系统能有效压缩资料，以避开侦测传送出
去，然后自动解码让收件者阅览。

，我那时候觉得他是骗小姑娘的伎俩。来了这么多年，我觉得身边都是电脑牛人。后来
找了个工作都是在网上进行的，于是有了些面试和新员工培训的工作，于是发现离一些
中老年人来说，电脑和网络还“不知道是什么爱物儿”。

比gmail差了几十条大街，国内哪个email可以：
