我上哪儿给整个两年以上的啊？dealer要求补交Honda Incentive的1000刀，也以同样
利率给找了其他贷款，要求尽快去签字。这都什么事啊？第一次买新车，发帖一为求建
议，二为提醒大家。

honda没通过贷款的确用不了honda 内部的incentive，包含$500flex cash, 学生优惠
等。
而且honda一般只有自己的银行才有0.9的利息，车行给你贷0.9也许是从别的银行买下
来的，即车行会损失个小几百，所以车行应该不会为难你退车。
不过honda一般查贷款很严，不会没正式通过就让你把车开走，不像toyota总是车先开
走贷款慢慢做，你看看那你有没有签conditioned delivery 或borrowed vehicle
agreemeent之类的，如果签了车子不是你的你必须退回去。
不少老中都是以自私的角度观察问题，说什么退车之类的，以为说退车车行就瞎了，要
知道车行当然想让你退车了，因为车开走了，贷款没过，你不会收到银行账单，车行损
失大发了。
visa只有一年当然不会通过本田的贷款了，我早就发过帖解释过了，很多人也都知道，
由此看来你那个车行也太不专业了，也有可能是你出的价格是那种属于极品类的，即车
行没有再多1百元的空间让给你的那种deal。 |

Bath: 1
位置：Newport.2分钟可以走到Newport地铁站（可搭乘地铁到33街和WTC）15分钟可抵
达9街NYU，10分钟可到达WTC，非常便利。
附近：Target（很大的超市），A&P（有亚洲食品），和Shoprite，BJ（很便宜），Bed
Bath and Beyond(化妆品，日用品)，非常方便。有Newport地区唯一的大型Shopping
Mall，5分钟步行（里面有Macy's，JCPenny，KOHL's，还有众多名品店)。
大楼：24小时doorman，3个电梯，一楼都有洗衣房。
时间：lease 到8月底，可以续。

里面都不会明确标出来。
不同公司的政策不一样，有的公司只要表现别太差达标就有，有的公司要top
performer才有。
