The funny thing is: BMW 7 series driving experience is really good, almost
the same as Lexus.
My friend told me to stay away from 7 series, too many problem. People told
me, finally BMW 7 series is built for luxury and comfortability. All the
other models inclde 5, 3, M, are all for performance, so they are
uncomfortable by nature.
I may test drive a 535 to see how it feels.

连续list几次的一个dress，还有三天expire的list收到加拿大一个buyer email：
问了问题，要了照片。
回了信（用的是ebay帐号），又用自己信箱发了照片。
buyer回信说喜欢：

整栋/unit 的，收入和开支，要报在 1040 Schedule E (rental income)上
所有有关的开支都可以报 incld Utilities，要和自住的分开。 depreciation on
rental prop 是可以算的。 it reduces the cost basis on your rental. 等卖的时
候，capital gain (or loss) 会变多（少）

1. lender won't let coverage amt be < mtg amt
2. ins carrier won't let coverage amt be < replacement cost--in case prop
gets burned down, ins carrier has to pay out enough to rebuild it.
as long as these 2 conditions are met, your coverage can go as low as you
want. but also depends on what you're insuring incld personal prop. e.g.
jewelry, antique, collectables, etc. |

. origination charge could be point, lender fees, etc. or a combination of
all. 1098 was sent to IRS but as long as you can document add'l legit
deduction, incld it in your schedule A. |

however if you happen to be in a no-state income tax state (LV, FL, WA, etc.
), electing to deduct sales tax (anything incld vehicle) is an option if you
itemize. but if you do have to pay state income tax, most of the time,
that's bigger than sale tax deduction. |

Regarding insurance co., it depends on their original biz. For example,
national chains such as BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and Humma are losers because the
law caps their profits on business. In addition, lot of them have exposure
to private insurance market. Since they can no longer discriminate by
gender, age, pre-existing conditions, they have to change their models.

register should inclde every employee, every paycheck detail such as gross
pay, all kinds of deduction. Payroll authorization form , I guess , at lease
