Hart 的主要贡献就是在contract theory，这确实是具备深远思想的一系列工作，所以
又想起了这个帖子。
昨天朋友圈在讨论，为什么 Sandy Grossman and John Moore 没有分享这个殊荣？
一种看法是，他们各自在其他领域也有重要贡献，得奖只是时间问题。
另一种看法是，他们永远不会得奖了，因为Grossman离开了学术界，而 Moore 不在宇
宙中心。
不知道时间最后会判决哪一种预言。

杂志上，这是不对的。要发表好的文章，是非常非常困难的一件事情，最主要的因素是
一定要有一流的工作。所以今天我借这机会，主要讲的不是怎样写，而要怎样才能够做

11月在ebay上买了一张whole food的gc，当时没仔细看description，收到后发现是一
张打印的条形码和4位数密码的e-gc， 感觉危险太大，要求退货。seller不同意就算了
。后来还问了他能不能买成gift card，他还给我详细解答了。广告上写着“Scammers
Will Be Pursued”，根据review， 有十个以上关于whole food gc的，看起来不是骗
子。我就大意了，前两天突然一看history，发现他最近吃了四五个negative feedback
， 都是说卡有问题的。急忙查了一下balance，发现一月底balance两次被在600多迈以
外的whole food redeem了。其实我两三个月内是可以花掉了。

transcripts(in both English and Chinese) notorized by Chinese notorization
office. His undergraduate school in China(Guangzhou) does not send any
offcial materials to US like most Chinese schools. SJSU said notorized
documents alone are not considered official and the application is thus
incomplete.
Anybody have this kind of experience and any suggestions to get through this

not graduate, use CPT instead to enable me to work full-time during the summer
, but can't do it in my last semester.
Find a job, gave me an offer with a salary that is higher than my classmate
who also applied for H1b and the company has attorneys to take care of the

同意我这样做了，也帮我出了封信给ISO说明我的情况。大概在2月份的时候就办了i-20
延期，当时ISO负责的人也同意我这样做的。但前几天去ISO办新i-20时，发现ISO已经
换了负责人，那个人一口咬定我应该5月毕业，所以我已经是非法居留了！！就算现在
申请OPT也不行了，最后也同意帮我出新的OPT i-20,但i-538的section 2竟然没有帮我
填！也就是没有填我的预计毕业日期。
我知道我的OPT申请肯定被拒了，但我是不是真的非法居留了？？？ |

唉，今天心情很坏。本来说有一万sign-on bonus的，现在说我要办h1-B,只给5千，而
且还要我签几年的合同，如果提前走了还要把bonus退回去。不是钱的问题，就是感觉
这公司真小气。但是万一把这个拒了，回头找不到别的，那可不好。
还有Opt也没下来，学校那边有门课还incomplete。不知为什么，心里对上班又有些恐

engineer，俗称码工的同学，大牛和其他方向人士请绕行。同时感谢job板各位大牛分
享经验。
总结：就像之前有个F和G一起拿下的同学说的，经验就是做题。
因为有同学在MSFT和AMZN，大概去年年底就有recruiter联系了。不过那时候还没跟老
板说好，就没回。后来到了2月终于老板点头了，然后开始撒网海投。
Twitter是最快给消息的，大概当天就说要interview了。可能这个来的太容易也太快了
，一面就挂了。虽然不服气不过确实写的太烂了。
后来等来了F，G，A的面世，M不知道为什么就没消息了。其他投了没消息的还有
salesforce，dropbox，quora，当然后面两个没理我也好理解。另外面挂了一个小公司
，quixey。最后拿到了G，准备去mountain view了。各位准备或者即将去G的同学，希

can short learning curve for js developer who doesn't know a backend

去年暑假（04年7月底）出去玩的时候出了车祸。车基本报废了。
车是从Hertz租的，我们自己只有liability的保险，但因为用了Citi的Master卡，
所以对方的也能被cover.
车祸当晚我们就跟master card负责保险的部门claim了。他们也承认他们提供
的保险能cover租来的车。
几周后收到他们寄来的claim form 以及其他书面材料。我们填完之后就寄了。
10月份我还打过电话问他们怎么样了，被告知正在处理。于是后来就再也没跟他们
联系了。我们的电话在10月份变过，但是地址一直没变，而且新电话也告诉过他们。
今天突然收到Master Card的信，说他们联系过我多次试图通知我我的claim是
incomplete的，还需要一些材料。现在距离事故已经180天了（1月22号满6个月），
我的claim失效了。从他们的信来看，他们也通知了Hertz。
刚才试图电话去argue，但是已经下班了nbsp; 大家帮忙出出主意，明早再跟他们争。
现在对我不利的是我没把最后一次跟他们电 |
