incomplete通常是到了学期中间发现quiz, test，homework成绩太差，基本肯定不及格
了，于是drop the class,就能拿个incomplete,不影响GPA.当然也有开始选的可后来不
喜欢退掉的。不过如果像文中说的有一堆的话，多半是前者。
其实成绩无所谓。关键是我不喜欢他搞得那套里拨入的东西。 |

不借助地接球不是说如果没有地面，他就会掉球，而是说也不没有借助地面抵抗住落地
的冲击。比如有人在空中接球，一直到落地都没有任何移动。但是落地的时候因为地面
的冲击，球掉了，显然应该算incomplete.如果前者的定义，队员完全可以把球放在身

incomplete.因为你必须一直到整个身体落地都控制住球。所以有"ground cannot
cause a fumble, but grand can cause an incomplete”的说法。两者的标准是不同
的。
简单的说，从空中接球到肘部触地，catch的动作还没有完成。Catch的动作完成必须是
直道身体完全落地，同是球相对身体没有移动。在这个过程中，如果脚，肘等部位先落
在界内那就算是界内球，但是这个catch过程在触地的瞬间还没有完成。裁判要看看你
一直到倒地（不管倒在界内界外），你是不是还一直控制着球。如果倒地的冲击力把球

对于你所感兴趣的market，例如option market，fact会告诉你SDF应该长什么样。
financial market大体上是complete的，虽然有很多的noise，所谓incomplete只是因
为你的model focus on 1 asset and 2 or 3 shocks，这只是你的modeling technique
的限制，不代表你应该这么反映现实。
举个例子，BS + SV或者BS + jump都是incomplete,但merton和heston都是怎么确定SDF
的，也就是说他们做了何种假设？是否合理？不合理的话现在大家在干什么？ |

在SV model里是incomplete，但这是this model的缺陷，因为实际上有比该模型更多的
product存在但没考虑。Potentially，任意的shock都可以write contract。正如你所
说，vol是个market，而且liquidity足够好，for the purpose of SV modeling，可以
算是complete。
我主要说的是上面童鞋想模型有点太literal，model说incomplete就能任意设置SDF，

底是啥。
model是incomplete的话，SDF有很多，到底哪一个正确，似乎还没有定论，但是从
calibration的层面上说，我可以选一个使得模型在PQ下面的参数差不多，这个是俺的
意思啦~~
我觉得研究一下不同SDF给出的价格区间是一个很好玩的问题，而且不同SDF对cross
sectional data fit的情况应该也有不同吧。我好像没读过这方面的文章。
incompleteness给现在不那么完美的模型一点希望。
但是如果你要complete你的model总是有办法的，比如general equilibrium的时候，你
总可以加一些zero net supply的asset，让市场complete，但是complete market下的

前两天反馈意见回来：
第三审稿人认为我们的稿件质量为good,同意发表as is without change。
第二审稿人也同意发表，但是提出要增加压降的数据。这部分数据我们有一些，但是由
于传感器量程有限，获得的数据非常不全面，而且因为热状态的压降数据受很多因素影
响，就没有特别在意去采集。 我们的文章是关于流动传热的，主要着重点是研究一种
新的传热方法。现在这个审稿人不知大脑那根弦除了问题，强调没有压降数据不能接受
。为何相当一部分流动传热的文章没有沸腾状态下的压降数据都照样发表呢？

两个class，a和b。由于互相有指针指向对方，所以在b.h里面include了a.h，但是a.h
里面只在开头写了一句class b;而没有include b.h（a.cpp里面include了b.h）。以前
这样用了很久都没问题，但是最近碰到一个问题：
class a里面有几个函数的参数用到template，所以这几个函数的declaration和
implementation都放到了a.h里面，而这几个函数里面也用到了指向class b的指针（比
如p_b->func1();）。结果这样的程序在Windows上用Visual Studio 2010里面编译连接
都没问题，但是在Mac上用xcode编译就报错，说什么用到了incomplete type（Linux下
面似乎也报同样的错）。
应该是因为在a.h里面放了函数的implementation导致的。尝试将implementation拿到a
.cpp里面，结果又link出错。网上搜了一下发现这种用到template的函数，做常见的做

分享，敬告大家珍惜生命，远离BOA。
房子是3月份看中下的offer，因为是boa的foreclosure，出售方要求boa的pre-approve
。我们很快就得到boa的pre-approve。别人都要两三天，他们几分钟就搞定。同时看到
利率也相当好，3.5%。于是就顺理成章选了boa的房贷买boa的房子。没想到噩梦就开始
了。
大约是03/10左右下的offer，13号就counter offer。我们看价格已经很低，而且孩子
快要出生了，不想再磨蹭，就爽快答应，价格是$67,900。几天后签了约交了订金，同
时去办loan。没想到一个星期渺无音讯，然后listing agent那边居然打电话来说搞错
了。BOA的实际想的出售价价格是$67,950，不是$67,900，我们签错约。这下可麻烦了
，要么我们接受这$50的差价，要么重新等他们把房子放回到market我们再下offer，要
差不多两个月。这哪里伤的起，赶紧答应$50的差价重新签约。

课都修完了，只留有一门是incomplete。国际学生办公室的意思是，如果没有特别情况
，下学期得把课整完走人。而且，郁闷就郁闷在incomplete那门并不需要重新注册。但
是为了维持身份又必需注册3个学分，非移民状态f1不允许不注册学分就待在美国。如
果开不到请假条，又得砸几千刀。还要纠结是选一门正规的课上着呢（虽然并不缺这门
课的学分），还是选啥都不干单纯维持身份的那种课（又很于心不忍那几千刀）。愁～

自费master正处于快毕业阶段，但是对自己怀孕期间能找到工作持怀疑态度。想休学缓
一个学期，等bb生了再安心找工作。
精华区考古了一把，发现要搞定advisor和OB就基本能成。也咨询了学校国际学生办公
室，被告知只有OB出示请假条证明有medical condition才能办休学，而一般普通怀孕
和哺乳不能给办。而我到目前为止，除了一直没胃口吃不下体重一直不增加外，没流血
也没啥紧急情况出现。我如何说服我的OB给我开个medical condition的请假条证明下
学期没法上课呢？希望办过休学的jms能提供点参考答案啊，谢了～～
