incorpating.
It's true that more than one owner is needed in many states. But some states,
such as Nevada, Wyoming, only require one owner, and this owner can assume all
titles. Or you can use proxy service, that is, legally pay a service company
and they will list their employees as officers of your company.
The F-1 owner can participate in corporate activities, inlucding management or

incorp 似乎RESIDENT AGENT的地址只是用来和政府打交道的.其他的比如开银行帐号什
