发帖数: 1 | 1 我是去年年底在大学关联的一个incubator租了一个实验室，孵化器里正好有个小的初
创公司没法维持了，大概有个600尺的实验室，可以做些细胞培养等常规的实验室，我
真好和这个人有点熟悉，就租下来了，大概是$1000/月。我在做一个无血清细胞冻存液
，现在大概做了4个月，用在试剂等方面的开销大概是两万美元，总共的开销是～3万美
元左右。做这个项目的起因是国内有个做试剂的朋友想自己开发一点产品，我没有细胞
冻存液这方面的经验，就是实验室里做了好多年了，觉得凭自己的经验可以试一下，就
决定动手干了。比较幸运的是4个月的时间里，产品基本做出来了，现在就在等一个长
期的细胞冻存复苏结果，另外就是试剂的稳定性和有效期。最近和国内的做试剂的朋友
在谈在国内投资生产的事。
目前的感觉，也许验证想法是最快，最容易的事，困难的生产和销售，目前对这些是毫
无头绪，自己鼓励下自己，一点点学起来吧。 |

good Angel investor can point out some serious blindspot and save you a lot
of time for free. And also, if you start to engage with Angel investor
earlier, they can see how your business progresses, that will help a lot
when you need money compare to engage with them cold when you need money.
Not sure if you have any incubator or shared startup workspace in your city,

先生有小黄本小红本和来美后的疫苗注射记录，只需要补打两针疫苗，然后做个TB
quantiferon血检就行，说3天左右可以拿到结果，然后过了就过了，没过得再做X-Ray
。TB test医生直接不做皮试，直接血检，说中国人很多皮试不过，不准，血检比较准。
我比较麻烦。首先我怀着孕，due date是五月初。其次我来美国的时候不是F1，所以没
有要求小黄本小红本啥的，我也不知道自己以前注射过啥疫苗。所以医生除了要我做TB
quantiferon血检，还让我验血看要补打哪些疫苗，他说这个血检会比较长，所以他说
他得要催他们快点出结果，因为这个月底移民局会更新新的体检表格。所以最好月底之
前拿到全部结果，他做好报告。他说他会附上说明我现在怀孕，等生完孩子再补打疫苗
补材料。
分享一个经验教训：就是去做labwork或打疫苗凡是先打电话确认再去。
医生开了Quest的lab work order sheet，去了最近的Quest才知道不是每家都能做
quantiferon测试的，因为需要incubator，要去特定的一个lab。跑去那家quest以后等

baking soda除水垢也管用吗？baking soda的成分是碳酸氢钠，水垢的成分是碳酸钙，
要想碳酸氢钠里的碳酸氢根置换碳酸钙里的碳酸根，这个得花时间吧，怎么能够让溶液
在浴缸上长时间停留呢？酸性的清洁剂应该能立刻和碳酸钙反应，所以不用incubation
的时间。纯属好奇。 |

社区，帮助华人生活的情况下另设一个板块。
1.无执照的算造福大家且贴补家用吧。
2. 有执照的：两年前，三年前的都算创业期，作为local网络或论坛，表示支持鼓励，
local版版主对其或者就当舆论支持，且当换作我们海归大陆，有获得当地政府的所谓
“安家置业补足基金”，鼓励人们创业。
3. 其他的不需要执照的“小作坊”是带给大家的利民好事，来发发更新的信息，相信
被利的人有，人求人喜欢人支持鼓励的。
总之是否考虑叫 "创业试验" 或者时下流行的作坊叫 “孵化器”，那咱就叫个Center
of Innovative Incubator SD？
咱是考虑大众包括站务都说不清，他也要面临许多“时代变迁的的灰色地带”。要发展
就是在灰色地带上的“改”和“打破”中前进，不破不立是不发展的。 |
