我的offer letter上面有at will
我就让我的上司写了封信，说this position is not a temporary or post-doc
position. This position is expected to continue indefinitely upon Dr. xxx's
satisfatory performance.
你可以最后一句改称upon satisfatory performance, research need and available
research funding.
我的理解，有三种positions
1，temporary，postdoc： offer 上明显写着年限
2，at will：来去自由，可以随时解雇
3，tenure track
2和3都符合permanent。其实这个词很 误导人，说得跟铁饭碗似的，在美国可能吗？最
高法院的法官也有被解雇的理论可能，何况我们芸芸众生？你的属于2
offer letter 上到没写年限什么的。换了这个却有麻烦了。

I-485 RFE 问的是要证明我将继续在本领域工作的材料。回复了(1)有日期的工作确认
