a break on paying for the costs of filing lawsuits that some consider
frivolous.

很巧合，这9个脚注在Blum一书中均出现，引用的内容与 Blum一书也完全相同，而且，

The Harvard teaching hospitals are doing a much better job having the PCPs
coordinate your care than 10 years ago. The problem is finding a doctor
accepting new patients. You should call around. Boston Medical Center has
more indigent patients than other hospitals. If you are concerned about
this, go to one of the Longwood hospitals or even MGH. |

要多少钱？？公立医院的一个非法移民住院一个月就要150万美金！！所以医院宁可租
