周都是一天两场，有一天踢过三场。8个人的。其中有一场是我做教练，基本踢满。
等我自己去踢，才发觉儿子不容易。。。 |

发帖数: 18578 | 5 恭喜恭喜，我去年夏天被哥们带着去踢了几场indoor,是室内的草场，我个人还是挺喜
欢的，因为节奏比较快，每个人平均拿球的多，而且我踢后腰/后卫比较多，所以还能
后插上射门得分，踢室外大场就没指望了。
我感觉踢室内场就是要多传球，提前跑位，自己裸带是没前途的，后来组织者不带我们
玩了，而且我觉得对手水平也比较低，就是普通小美本科生的水平，体力好冲击足，技
术差意识差。我们每场平均赢5个以上，有时候能赢10个，而且还要开车老远才能到，
就不去了。

停转对脚踝冲击很大。 每个人持球次数更多而时间更短， 慢一步就被踢。

以Palo Alto为中心，方圆30mile都可以。
本人算是个serious swimmer，但是很怕晒。
Google了半天发现湾区indoor的大多是教小孩游泳的，好一点的lap swimming pool基
本是露天的，而且一般太阳下山了游泳池也关了。

indoor. $100/hr, so expensive. will only do 3 times/month instead of once a
week to save some money. Don't know if it worths the money...... |

for the indoor court.
He is one of the best coaches in my area, that's why he charges a lot. The
most expensive one I heard is $110/hr. Another reason is this is the
richest place in the state, so those rich parents don't care about spending
$100/hr for their kids. |

Plane Landed in Shanghai late Sunday night, 12/12
Hotel Stay from 12/13 - 12/17 at Pudong Liujiazui w/indoor tennis court
Nanjing Trip during the weekend, also have tennis there
12/20 - 12/22 Shanghai, might still take the same hotel
12/23 - 12/25 Back to Nanjing, tennis there for sure, and fly from NKG to
the States
Should be more fun if more ppls in Shanghai/Nanjing during that time period. |

play much indoor tennis in winter and no time to practice what the coach
teaches me. I will wait till spring comes.

发帖数: 2770 | 22 月底我们这里室外网球场就熄灯，所有最近在找Indoor League打。刚好在我平时每周
日打球的地方有4.0的League还有一个Opening，今天晚上9:30就免费到哪里打一场，顺
便试试水。
今天的对手是一个反手削球很好，正手也能抽的起来的老外，一发有角度有力量，二发
Kick的也能有肩高，最厉害的是上网，接发也很好，我的一发只从他那里拿了3个Easy
Point，其他的全被削回来。刚开始的时候体力好，连续左右开弓，连续压迫左右两个
角度，逼他削球出短然后拍死或上网finish，一度打了他一个5:1。接着老毛病有开始
发作，体力稍微下降后，同时大比分领先后就开始梦游了，注意力不集中，移动也慢了
。然后对手开始发飘上网，连续Serve/Volley连保两个Games，中间我的一个罚球局还
被他的volley搞的我连续失误被破。比赛时突然走神这个问题经常发生，尤其是大比分
领先的时候，这个老问题一直改不了，所以我有时候总被球友叫choker。
还好5：4的时候终于醒过来，连续几球接发都很好，移动快起来后破网球的质量也高起
来，最终破发后6:4拿下。结束后我们就继续打着玩，一直打了1... 阅读全帖 |
