从小到大养过两只猫，第一只是outdoor，经常出去玩，我还记得她第一次出门，几天
没回来，我当时大哭几场，全家人出动找了几天没找到，结果人家过了几天玩够了自己
转回来了。第二只是完全indoor，但是调皮的要命，最喜欢跟我玩躲猫猫，在家里大闹
天宫，纱门全被抓烂，后来不得已换了铁纱，嘿嘿嘿……但是他一直向往外面的世界……
我想等下半年安定下来就养猫，但是不知道是该indoor还是outdoor，要是一直indoor
的话，觉得猫猫好可怜啊 |

发帖数: 3623 | 9 第四场indoor，对手相对弱些，getting better，终于开壶，进了两球。慢慢琢磨出点
踢indoor比赛的门道，少带多传，少裸奔多跑位，这样可以防止早谢延缓脱阳。今天感
觉爽了。喜洋洋了。另外，每次踢indoor，跑了几个来回，特别是急停几下后就觉得脚
底疼，得下来歇歇。以前踢outdoor比赛从来没有这种感觉。场地是毛茸茸软软的的地
毯，我穿的鞋是完全平底的。估计得换双碎钉的鞋。
btw1，各位over35的老淫棍们小心了，最近连续目睹4起膝盖受伤事件，都是在防守时
过于积极，不甘被人过，膝盖过度扭曲造成杯具。防守就当跟木桩好了。别跟自己较劲。

neck of the bulk can be larger than an indoor socket.
there are a lot choices for indoor bulks. if you have $$, go for an 90W/100W
equ LED; otherwise, get a good halogen bulk. |

financially straped city like San Diego does not have the luxury to provide

If there were such a free indoor swimming pool, due to its popularity and

不过LZ也没有打太久啦，100发子弹很快就没了，所以应该不会铅中毒……吧……
indoor的不好之处就是没有privacy，lane和lane之间挺近的，我要了一个丧尸靶，换
子弹的时候听到旁边两个男的在议论为什么我一直在打心脏，丧尸应该打头部才对……
我没好意思说我一直瞄准的是头部……
那个靶子头部在左上角，心脏在正中间，不知道是枪的问题还是我的问题，下次换把枪
试试…… |

Washington/Old Dominion Trail in NoVa) but indoor running in my basement
seems to be very hard--even at a slower pace (for e.g., 8:40 on average for
5 miles) makes me a bit dizzy and breathing becomes a bit strained. I
sweated a lot indoor--even though the temperature may be just 50-60 degrees
and despite that I usu. opened the window a bit to make sure the air is not
too stuffy.

随意分享一下
这个冬天也算坚持锻炼了. 每周大概跑15-20 miles.再加2-3次力量.
最近开始试rowing machine, 觉得似乎个不错的cross training.
看到有Indoor Sprint Triathlon就报名参加了.
rowing 1200 m (level 4)
5:13
cycling 3 miles (没有要求,我设在level 8)
8:21
running 1 mile (1%)
6:38
total 20:12
累死了，强度太高了.
Rowing machine, 平时我用level 8,基本是手酸.
今天用level 4,手臂基本无感.
但是加pace基本都是靠腿,觉得小腿有点紧, 以前没体会过.
cycling时觉得很变扭,腿很酸,但是腿上也觉得使不上劲.不知道是不是level不合适.
cycling后大腿好酸, 本来计划想用6min pace,最后还是降到6:30min.
看啦一下,别人成绩. 相对cycling要慢一些.
不过cycling实在太无聊了.也懒得去练了. |

眼冒金星，两场下来感觉还是不适应。来回两个折返跑，就累得不行。周末留心了一下
自己如何踢outdoor，大部分时间站着走着，基本不回防。原来自己这么弱。咳
上周跟排名第一的队踢，人家一个50多的老头身穿10号，居然没有休息一分钟。过人完
全不靠速度，一样踢得有模有样，实在让我这年轻10多岁裸奔男汗颜。

is still clean. I used to change it every week in outdoors because it gets
dirty easily. So saved a few $$ for the overgrip, but paid a lot more for

时非常不满，常常吵着要出去。可是有抓抓板和游戏，渐渐就习惯了。出去反而会害怕
。现在有时用猫绳带两个出去走走。
我家这两个猫都不抓家具，纱门。没有什么破坏的行为。
我的一个朋友，觉得猫猫可怜，所以她的猫猫可以自己白天出去玩。有一天猫猫重伤回
家，兽医发现有人用BB弹打入他的胸部，肺已经塌了。我朋友不忍心让他安乐死，花了
巨款（5K~10K）救他。猫猫好了以后，还是 outdoor。后来又被人伤了一次。最后是死
在车轮下。
邻居的猫也有出车祸走的。以后他家的猫都是 indoor。 |

如果猫在煮食是经常坐在厨房中间，会影响从电脑冲向炉子救火效率。可以用脚轻踩其
尾巴。一般家庭
生活经验丰富的老猫会迅速撤退。
猫有时会猛吃然后呕吐。可以用进食减慢器，进食减慢器可以是一个薯片的塑料盖，放
到猫碗里。猫要
时不时把塑料盖拱开，起到减慢效果。不用塑料盖的话，也可以把猫粮混上wellness的

但是天气热了以后，我们家就跳蚤大爆发了，我跟lg两个被咬的伤痕累累的。用了
frontline，各种喷地毯，洗澡的东西，都不管用。
后来就把猫咪indoor了，跳蚤就慢慢少了。但素。。。偶们家猫咪非常的不开心啊，都
不喜欢动了，每天趴在纱窗门前看着门外，好可怜滴样子。
我们也考虑过纯outdoor，但是人家也不喜欢。一到晚上就在外面挠门要进来。
很苦恼啊。各位童鞋你们是怎么防止跳蚤进门的啊。

现在一天到晚闹着要出去玩。问题是每次出去玩后，回来要么是呕吐，要么是拉肚子。
应该是在外面吃了不该吃的东西。
现在只好不让它出去了。书上也说 indoor cat 寿命会较长，因为没有 outdoor 的风
险。
但它一天到晚地哀求，好像很可怜的样子。一旦到了 outdoor 就开心得打滚。真有点
不忍心。
大家是怎样处理 indoor/outdoor 的？ |
